Dire need for training
Pros:

The location was decent and so are the rooms. I’m just not happy with the customer service. It’s quite lacking even though the staff have the best of intention. They need proper training and a new check in check out system

This hotel is located at the Best location on main road. Excellent services & clean room. Best part is people ar very supportive & cooprative.

Pros:

I stayed 7 nights and I have to change my room twice with that imagine why?
Rooms are fine staff is friendly but washrooms big problem when you take shower water do not drain and overflow the whole washroom after multiple complain heard from house keeping the whole hotel washrooms are same and lot of customer have same issue. Hallway smells.

Overall a good hotel with a good restaurent.
Pros:

The hotel seemed good for its rate.They billed me 9000 plus for three nights for executive double room.However,I felt cheated as I had already paid 11000 plus to Hotels.com while booking through them.

Customer service is very poor.
Pros:

Complaints are not knowledged and no apology is offered.

Airport drop off and pick up is really a joke.
They do not have in house transport. Uber was booked to drop off us at airport which cost Rs500 but we were being charged Rs1500.

Front desk staff are the worst I have ever seen. Very rude and are not very good listeners.
