The hotel is walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was not clear about off season period, so we missed out on the shuttle service and ended up walking to the hotel from the bus terminal with all our luggage’s. Having said that, it was not a long walk, but just unfortunate that it was dark and raining.

Pros:

Free onsen, mountain view in winter season will be great. In early spring, have a full bloom sakura tree just in front of the hotel and nearby area. Not far from Lawson and Snow Peak Starbuck.

Breakfast is just normal but may because low season.
