Reception and customer service is very bad. They were so rude. They hold me to not go out for 1 hour late check out that even he ( reception man) said that it is okey for 12- 1 hour late check out and 1 day left they ask for extra price, they were gonna bullying on me, increadible. They are from Myanmar, not kind as Japaneese anymore. It s not Japaneese system work there.

Pros:

Spacious and quiet room, three-minute walk from Ueno Station, and also surrounded by fabulous restaurants and shops. Wonderful onsen and sauna too. We loved it here and would stay again.

上野で日帰り温泉も宿泊も楽しめる場所を探しました。
Pros:

スタッフの方が明るくて大浴場に入る時にコートを預かってくれたりと親切でした。
大浴場もジャグジーになり良いお風呂でした。

Cons:

更衣室にお客さんが使ったタオルが散乱していました。海外からのお客さんが片づけなかった物でしょうか？今まで日本でそんな光景を見た事が無かったので驚きました。こんな事があるとホテルが悪く言われてしまうので定期的な見回りをお願いしたい。
