Location was great.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Son principal atout est son emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes de la gare d’Ueno, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Tokyo.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. Que ce soit à la réception, les femmes de ménage ou le personnel du spa, chacun a été souriant, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le service de bagagerie. L’hôtel a accepté de conserver nos bagages pendant la journée et a également réceptionné sans difficulté les valises que nous avions fait expédier depuis Kyoto. Tout a été géré avec beaucoup de sérieux et de bienveillance, ce qui nous a énormément facilité notre séjour.
Autre point très appréciable : l’hôtel met à disposition un pèse-bagages. Cela nous a été extrêmement utile pour vérifier le poids de nos valises avant notre vol retour et voyager plus sereinement. C’est un petit détail qui fait vraiment la différence.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et la qualité de son service. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.
Quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Nous étions logés dans le bâtiment annexe et nous aurions préféré séjourner dans le bâtiment principal. Cela oblige à sortir et à se déplacer à chaque fois pour accéder au spa, ce qui est un peu moins pratique, surtout après une longue journée de visite.
L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait également être meilleure. Nous entendions parfois les bruits provenant du couloir ou des chambres voisines. Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour.
Les chambres sont assez petites, comme c’est souvent le cas dans les hôtels à Tokyo, ce qui n’était pas une surprise.
Enfin, le spa est très agréable, mais certains équipements pourraient être complétés. Il serait appréciable de mettre à disposition des élastiques à cheveux et des brosses jetables directement dans les vestiaires du spa. Les brosses sont disponibles à la réception, mais devoir s’y rendre après le bain est un peu moins pratique. En revanche, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de sèche-cheveux de qualité ainsi que d’un lisseur, qui sont un vrai plus.
Maravilloso sitio y mejor lugar. Reservamos el hotel por sus características, pero al llegar nos sorprendió gratamente, una habitación pequeña, pero muy bien equilibrados los espacios para nuestras necesidades, limpio y el lugar excepcional. Si vuelo a Tokio vuelvo a este sitio.
que no había opción a spa familiar...viajamos con un niño de 13 años y nos dividían....entonces no lo pude disfrutar
La ubicación es excelente, cerca del tren y con mucho ambiente. La habitación estaba bien aunque muy pequeña. El onsen era muy bueno también y el personal de recepción era fantástico. Con todo creo que repetiría.
Que nos alojaron en un edificio anexo al hotel y para ir al onsen tenias que salir a la calle y cruzarla. Estaba cerca pero cuando se trata de ir a un onsen desde tu habitación a relajarte, tener que salir fuera no me gustó nada.
Convenient
The room too small
The location was great. The hotel was right in the middle of everything that is happening in Ueno, but still have its semi private entrance on a quiet alley. There are lots of restaurants that are open late, unique stores, convenience store nearby, walking distance to major train stations and major street if Uber or Cab is your preference. The SPA was a perfect way to end or start the day.
Did not like the size of the room. We are a family of four. Two kids aged between 7 and 13. The room had 4 decent-sized bunk beds, but there is no room to open a full size luggage. This was a struggle for us.

The Tv was dangerously place in our room. Easy to hit it with our head.
Breakfast buffet and tea time are more than expected. The only little minus point is not having coin laundry facilities. Hope you can add it to your hotel
