Pros:

Excellent location being less than 15min from Kyoto Station and 15-30 from Gion and Arashiyama districts, and a minute walk from a 7/11 and a Starbucks. Friendly and helpful staff. Extra facilities including a foot spa, coffee machine, washer/dryer combo.

Cons:

The size of the room was suprisingly small.
