We stay this hotel every summer for our Kyoto visit because of perfect location, facility, staffs.
Pros:

-Perfect location, accessible to everything, public transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping. Staffs are helpful: making a taxi reservation and o so on
Washington machine/ dryer in the room is helpful, especially during mg the summertime.

Cons:

Sheet changing was not available as needed even during the long stay: we stayed five nights. Hopefully there is a possible request to change the bed sheets.

Kioto sorprendente
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación,cerca de estación de metro.
Buenas instalaciones,desayuno bueno
Opción de café y agua gratis,a disposición en el lobby,muy buen servicio .

Cons:

Pieza sin clóset ,y pequeña,en todo caso muy en el standard japonés.
No todo el personal del front
desk,hablaba inglés,lo cual es una gran limitación.No pudimos hacer uso del Servicio de transporte de maletas al Aeropuerto,porque no entendieron lo que solicitábamos.
Debiera ser un requisito esencial el idioma universal,en un Hotel que recibe a diario muchísimo turista extranjero

אחד המלונות שהכי נהננו בהם ביפן!!
Pros:

הצוות היה ידידותי מאד ועזר לנו עם בעיה שהייתה לנו עם דואר יפן. הבריכה המחוממת לרגליים בסוף היום בשילוב הבר החופשי הפכו את השהות למפנקת וכיפית במיוחד!

Funcionários muito solicitos em auxiliar, mesmo com a dificuldade da língua.
Maquina de lavar e secar roupa no quarto, o que facilita muito se você tem habito de viajar com bagagem compacta

Excellent place to stay but for gods sake avoid the restaurant onsite.
Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable, and very good facilities available.

Cons:

Washing machine was difficult to use and didn’t seem to have temperature adjustment so it shrank a few of my clothes.

The restaurant gave us some of the most vile food I’ve ever had in my life, my partners pork cutlet was simultaneously cold and burnt and was dripping in grease, and my meal wasn’t much better. We had a far better meal from the 7/11 down the road immediately after because we barely touched the food.

Oasis to return to away from the busiest part of Kyoto
Pros:

Close to Karasuma Oike train station, 7 Eleven and supermarket. Washer/dryer in room was very convenient. Complimentary self serve coffee and hot chocolate. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Cigarette odour! Not in rooms, but coming out of the lift to reception floor there was always a strong smell of cigarette smoke that lingered from the “smoking room” that is located on that floor. I guess every time a smoker exited that room, so did some smoke. It would be better if this facility could be located elsewhere. Thankfully there was no cigarette odour elsewhere in the hotel.
