Everything about his hotel was perfect. The location was ideal. Rooms were super comfortable. Facilities were clean and well appointed. The footbath, coffee machine, and sake dispenser were all wonderful surprises. Breakfast was among the best we've seen, with lots of options for every taste. Most important, the staff was exceptional -- lovely, friendly and welcoming.

Loved this accommodation. Place was exactly what we were looking for - nice staff, clean accommodations, had all the amenities we were seeking. I particularly appreciated the room layout and the small sitting space - really helped to have a nice place to relax after a long day. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would certainly stay here again.
Pokój stosunkowo duży, czysty z pralką co jest największym udogodnieniem. Za rogiem 7-eleven. Metro z dworca i na dworzec praktycznie pod hotelem. W lobby darmowa kawa, sake i spa dla nóg.
Lokalizacja nieco dalej od centrum, co powoduje dłuższy spacer lub konieczność podejścia około 10 minut na autobus jadący w stronę Gion. Podczas śniadania serwowane mini porcje - zamówienie z karty to połowa tosta, do bufetu dokładane są pojedyncze rzeczy, często widać puste talerze. Raz odmówiono mi kawy, mimo że do zakończenia serwisu zostało 15 minut.

Location staff and amenities were awesome
Very modern with great extras in a great location. Room was very comfortable and the washing machine/dryer was a bonus. Staff were very helpful
Loved the foot bath which was great after a full day of sightseeing. The breakfasts were good too but probably too much in choosing the set as well!
But great location close to the metro lines and way to get to places.
We had a deluxe room which was great but would have preferred a king bed rather than to double singles!

Checkin and checkout were easy. I requested an iron and ironing board, and it was delivered in under five minutes. Drinks facilities in reception area is excellent to make a coffee on the way to your room. My son loved making himself hot chocolate. Mini-fridge in the room has a small freezer section, which was excellent to keep ice or ice cream, especially in hot weather. Train station, convenience store, cafe, and takeaway all in the same block. The twin room had more floor space than expected.
It's just great all round. Friendly and helpful reception.
