Very comfortable and luxurious for the price, location, and service.
Pros:

It’s super comfy and great for value considering the amenities provided (Refa hair shower, dryer, hair and body shampoos) and services provided and its location that is very near to 7e which is just around the corner. They also helped me arranged luggage transfer service very easily for my next trip to Tokyo which only took around a day to arrive.

Cons:

I think we booked the smallest room so definitely 2 pax is the max amount of people that can fit in there considering our 2 big luggages that takes up space as well.

Great Location, lovely room.
Pros:

Decent size room, much bigger than I expected. Washing machine in the room a real bonus. The communal area with free soft and alcohol was a nice way to meet other travellers. As a solo traveller I found it ideal. I had a twin room. I think if 2 people I would recommend travel light as not much room for suitcases.
Good little seating area in the room easy to have breakfast.

Cons:

The foot bath. I didn’t fancy putting my feet in such a communal bath with our pre washing. I was spoilt by Onsens.

綺麗なホテルで、洗濯機や電車レンジもあり、
気に入っています。
広いお部屋へのグレードアップも
ありがとうございました。

ことことの朝食がいつも楽しみで、以前よりサービスがかわり、さらにパワーアップしていました。
傘☂️のサービスがあり、助かりました。
フロントの対応もテキパキとされていて良かったです。

Cons:

フロントのサービスのコーヒーの味が変わったようでした。以前の味の方が好きでした。

It was a nice stay.
Pros:

We liked the in room washing-drying machine, air purifier. Free coffee-tea varieties at reception between 7:00-23:00

Cons:

Breakfast was the same everyday and the last order was 9.30. There weren’t enough western options .
