Affordable hotel for central Kyoto
Pros:

The washing machine in the room with detergent was useful. It was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, the luggage forwarding was easy and well priced. Quiet location as away from the main Kyoto centre. It was affordable and right next to a 7Eleven. They provide a free tea/coffee machine in the lobby and a free, self serve sake machine. They also provide toiletries which you help yourself to such as a toothbrush, face wash etc and they provided the usual toiletries in the room such as shampoo and conditioner.

Cons:

Not well ventilated, and had a damp, musty smell. The aircon unit was very loud, and there was constant gurgling sounds at night coming from the hotel pipes. Pillow and beds were not as comfortable as could be. Slightly dusty.

Perfect location and really comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Perfect location with easy access to many areas of Tokyo and train stations. Lots of restaurants and shopping in immediate area and a 30 minute walk to Gion district. Loved the free coffee and drinks in foyer. Beds were soft and comfortable!

Cons:

Small bathroom which included the toilet.

Pros:

京都らしい趣きのある佇まいのホテルでした。
清潔で居心地の良いお部屋でゆったり過ごせました。
お部屋に洗濯乾燥機が付いているので、好きな時に利用ができ、ホテル宿泊時に感じていた洗濯ストレスは皆無でした。
2泊しましたが、残念ながら足湯は利用できずじまいで次回は利用したいと思います。
リファのドライヤーとシャンプー，リンス、ボディーソープはテンションがあがりました。
夕食にホテルのレストランを利用しましたが、京都を堪能できました。

Pros:

Amazing value for money, big rooms, great location and incredible facilities. Foot spa was amazing after big days of walking. Staff also incredible.

Definitely stay here when in Kyoto.
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Kyoto, very close to the subway, easy walking to Gion, imperial palace, lots of great restaurants and shops around the hotel.
The hotel itself is very new and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had a large washer/dryer with detergent provided allowing us to do all our washing.
Free tea/coffee/cordial/sake were available
Great value. Definitely recommend for your stay in Kyoto.

Amazing hotel in Kyoto, we will come back!
Pros:

The hotel has all facilities you need as a traveler, staff very friendly and helpful, and the room is incredible as they have a washing machine with dryer included, is the best service in the middle of your trip.

Cons:

Only one note: the window in our room could not be open. We noticed this after unpacking everything and we didn’t want to change room. They could only fix it by calling someone that would have come after two days. Breakfast is average.
