Exceptional staff, excellent cleanliness, safe baggage storage.
Pros:

We didn't opt for the breakfast as we were doing our own thing. Ideal location to get to the station within approx 10 mins. Great location to be able to reach attractions and convenient for places to eat.
Appreciated the luggage storage & sweet treats in our room.
Clean and spacious room. Excellent.

Great location, perfect for families
Pros:

We loved the location of our hotel. It was a short walk from 2 different train stations. On top of that, there were so many good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It was such a short walk to the shrine, which had some tori gates great for some photos. Towards the end of our stay, we were able to stop by Picasso Akasaka by Don Quijote store on the same block to buy an additional luggage since we bought many souvenirs. It was good size store where you can buy editable and non editable tax free gifts for your friends and family back home.

We got a room that could fit five, it came with 2 king beds pushed next to each other with a small outdoor balcony. I only wished they gave us more pillows, we only got 2 pillows per king bed. The bathroom was fairly big as well with a washing machine, which we used every night. Our room was at the end of the hall so when I looked at the map of the floor, I noticed we had the second largest room. They do have some narrow smaller rooms closer to the elevator so room size will be different based on what you booked. We liked the living room space with the two futons along with the kitchenette with a mini fridge.

We did not get the cleaning service so they would leave us a bag of clean towels every morning. If we had any trash we would leave it outside our door the night before for pick up. We definitely didn't mind it since it allowed us to save some money. We were also able to pick up some complimentary water bottles every night at the front desk. They offered 4 small plates, with some silverwares for us to use, however there wasn't any sponge or dishwashing soap for us to clean them so we just called the front desk and they sent it right up. You also won't find an iron or an iron board already in the room, but you can also just ask the front desk for them as well.

The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide luggage tags for a luggage deliver service we book through Klook. One of the plus for staying at a hotel vs an Airbnb was the 24-hour front desk.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to any family traveling together.

Perfectly localized hotel for the family stay in Tokyo

1) perfect localization, very close to metro station
2) nicely furnished apartment
3) spacious room
4) room was exactly the same as presented in the pictures on booking.com
5) very helpful, polite staff
6) we received bottles of water (1 bottle of water per person per day)

Great location with a dozen or more restaurants on the same street. It is in a central location so it is easy to get anywhere. It has very spacious rooms and is family friendly. I would highly recommend it. The staff are extremely friendly.
