Dirty and uncomfortable

Cons:

Dated hotel and room with filthy carpets and filthy rubber bath mat for showering. Peeling faux wood wallpaper, old couch, stained throw pillows and stained bed sheets.

Good use an update.
Pros:

Great location. Spacious. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Dated, but clean. Not comfortable to sit in living room for a drink, couch stained.
They did not change bedding or do any housekeeping. You had to put your garbage outside yourself and got a bag of towels on door knob.

Cons:

It was overpriced for what it was but I guess that was the location. It also is very misleading in it's photos, we found ourselves expecting something much nicer based on the photos and price

Central and with plenty of services, but nothing special for the price.
Pros:

Centrally located with easy access to several subway lines and plenty of shops and cafes around. Room was spacious (for Japan).

Cons:

Staff English’s was not great so communication outside basic is tough. No breakfast. I think we were overcharged on laundry services, but at least it came back the same day.

Pros:

Staff were super friendly and attentive each time we’ve stayed here, this was our second time and I’d highly recommend, we’ll return again. Great location
