Wonderful service, great all around.

Pros:

The size of the room was enormous. Exceeding our expectations.

Cons:

For a non smoking hotel. Our floor stunk of smoke every day. We complained to the staff but nothing changed

Perfect location and room amenities
Pros:

The room was comfortably larger than usual in Tokyo. The location was perfect, close to food, a beautiful shrine, and two subway stations. Room had a kitchenette with full fridge and microwave, as well as a washing machine.

Cons:

The hallway was really stuffy and smelled like smoke. Didn't impact the room though.

great location, helpful stuff. small place.
Pros:

Big room set for 6 people.
Excellent location just next to Asakasa Mitsuke station
a bit of "old" style hotel, but all is fine.

Cons:

No daily service in the base price, which I didn't notice.

Pros:

WOW!!! We came him with our three children and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived the check in was smooth!AMAZING location to explore Tokyo, train just around the corner. Overall this was one of the nicest stays, and my wife and I (no kids next time haha) we will be back!!

Nothing bad to say, this was an amazing stay, location and value!

Pros:

- Excellent central location, close to the metro
- Allowed us to store our luggage for free after check out
- Accommodating with extra coffee pods and bottled water etc.
- Very comfy bed
- Modern toilet and shower facilities
- I was really impressed with how polite, considerate and kind the staff were!
- Large spacious room
- Multiple options for lighting
- Ample amenities i.e. robes and slippers

Pros:

I booked a suite and got a very large condo with a living room and kitchenette, two king size beds. Very good for a multi days stay

Hotel had numerous options for dining outside of front door. 2 subway station close by 400 meters.
