Good location
Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities. This was a great place to stay for the night before our flight out of Narita, with proximity to Yanaka Ginza for shopping and food, and the Nippori train station and Keisei line to get to the airport.
Facilities are a bit worn, though everything was clean and functional. If you are very sensitive to smell some rooms may not be a good fit, but we were fine especially with the fan running for ventilation and climate control.
The staff was very kind and amazing !! So sweet I think next time I will rake again this hotel ! Very close to the station, the restaurant and so on !

Excellent location with great transport links to Metro and JR Yamamote line. Very convenient for Skyliner transfers from Narita. 24 hour reception and cafe a good backup.
Unpleasant smell on our floor at certain times of day. Room was smaller than expected.

After a busy day amongst crowds. It ended with a stillness which was very welcome.
The staff were extremely accommodating. They are the type of people to go beyond and over if you have any issues. They graciously allowed us to take a free suitcase because they going throw out extras. The location is excellent, close to the trainstation and the local shops. The café at the hotel has some REALLY delicious food (looking at you curry). I am really grateful for the staff and i wish them the best.I will absolutely stay here again for the next trip!
This could be my own ignorance of the culture, but the hotel doesn't give you any washcloths. The shower room is a little small with nowhere to really put your clothes.
