Great location close enough to the station to make travelling about the city easy, rooms were a decent size and had all the amenities I could want, staff were friendly and helpful and easy to approach as someone with limited Japanese.
Great location. Extremely helpful staff. Staff organised baggage transfer at a good price!
Location
Rooms where smaller than expected. My fault not the hotels.

Location, clean and nice staff
Small room

The room was a decent size
The only way to heat up the room was the AC unit which was so loud, especially during the night. The walls and windows are so thin that you can hear anything that the others do/outside noise. The housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms and they don't even come in to do the beds. I wasn't notified about a breakfast so I'm guessing they don't even have it (I didn't see anyone eating in the designated area). It's not a four star hotel at all, but it's not even a hotel. It's a glorified apartment building with no kitchens. There's only one elevator and the floors are without windows so the only warm places are the lobby and your room if you remember to turn the AC on. The bathroom was FREEZING and didn't have a way to heat it up at all. The faucet and the shower are connected and barely work. Only toilet in Japan that also has no seat heater, so it was very uncomfortable to use in a 10° bathroom.
I don't have enough words to describe how bad it was, we were thinking of leaving Osaka a day early just for this. The location is also not great and gave a bad impression of the city overall, which is not fair because Osaka is cute.
