Pros:

Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Yürüyerek merkezi yere gidebiliyorsunuz. İşlek bir caddede bulunuyordu. Biz havaalanına geçeceğimiz için ulaşım kolay olan bir yer olsun istemiştik. Metroyla rahatlıkla geçebiliyorsunuz. Check in saatinden çok önce gitmememize rağmen odaya giriş verdiler. Çok memnun kaldık. Girişte soğuk içecek alanı ve oturma yerleri vardı.

部屋に入った瞬間カビ臭かった。
ベッド全部の物が湿っていました。
トイレが斜めになっていて座ったらビックリした。
洗面所の蛇口がわかりずらく、勢いMAXか、すぐにでなくなるしかなくて困った。

Had a totally acceptable experience in this hotel
Pros:

Great hotel that had friendly staff, super clean hallways and common areas and a great room with good AC. The AC in this room was the best I had in Japan. The staff were friendly and it was a super nice touch that they always had some flavored waters out of the quests.

Cons:

Leider gab es immer massive Internetprobleme mit dem WLAN. Nach Meldung bei der Rezeption, konnte es auch kurzzeitig behoben werden; trat aber am Nachmittag bereits wieder auf. Meine Nachrichten an die Rezeption hatte ich in der Booking.com-App gesendet, doch diese kamen, wie sich erst später herausstellte, aufgrund der nicht funktionierenden Internetverbindung, nicht an; die App zeigte mir jedoch die versendeten Nachrichten an. Als ich dann auch über den Kundenservice von Booking.com leider erst deutlich zeitverzögert Rückmeldung erhielt, waren meine drei Nächte bereits um und ich reiste ab. Neben der Internetverbindung hat auch der Lüfter im Bad nicht funktioniert, die Klimaanlage machte rhythmisch beunruhigende Geräusche und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war so laut (weil offenbar alt), dass es etwas schwierig war einzuschlafen. Leider gab es im Nachhinein vom Hotel keine Einsicht der Mängel; eine entsprechende Preisminderung wurde letzten Endes auf Kulanz von Booking.com in mein Reise-Wallet gebucht.
