A not so nice hotel optimal for a night stay only
Pros:

Its far from the panchgani hub/market place. No shops nearby so if you dont have a car, gwtting basic things is a challenge. The non view rooms' windows open right on the road. It has a restaurant that only serves veg thali price 250 bucks. They do get ala carte from a nearby restaurant but min order 500 so dint order that. Thali was ok. What was most dissapointing was the shady kind of rooms. Creaky doors and creaky bed was uncomfortable in the night. I wouldnt want to go there even for staying the night next time. Wil rate overal 2/5

Decent budget hotel at nice location
Pros:

Good on cleanliness and all basic facilities. Only problem, the doors and their locks were not functioning properly. Also, limited food option for Dinner (only veg and non-veg thali was available). Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was helpful.

Below average hotel
Pros:

Unclean rooms. No hot water supply in rooms. Took the staff over 45 minutes to get it in buckets. No WiFi reception in rooms; could be used only in lobby. Average breakfast.

Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly.
Scenic view around hotel.
Value for money.
Clean rooms.

Neutral:
The food was just average, if not bad.

Cons:
Strong smell in corridors.
WC was broken.
Too far from market and central Panchgani.
