Observations
Pros:

It is very close to railway station. There is no regular restaurant. Breakfast only served which is obtained from another hotel. Opposite one. Restaurant available. Hotel is good for family as well. One problem is with online booking check in and check out we have to follow. With direct booking they allow 24hrs check out. But the rate is slightly more with direct booking.

Great staff.. low on amenities
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel though seems to be very old and things were falling apart like the bathroom door aNd electrical switchboards. Alao no hot water at night as the water heater is apparently solar powered.

Pros:

First of all i was very dissapointed with the staff. You have to ask them everyday for a towel and a bottle of water which is complementary. Few staff are so rude that they just say no to you. I asked for an extra glass he said no yoy cant get extra glass. then i saked for spoon they said we dont have spoon in the hotel Surprise!. the person handling the breakfast was just over smart. while booking it said continental breakfast. when i went to see what was served they served bread , idli , wada, cornflakes, and porridge thats it. when i went there to have my so call continental breakfast the bread was over , no wada , not milk. when i asked the person to get he said the breakfast was over and will not be refilled and walked out and never came back. i took what ever was available and had. i had to even get water from the fridge to drink as he was no where. after that i never went to have breakfast in my entire 10 day stay. if i had not pre paid my booking i would have just changed this hotel. the good part is that this hotel is near the station and has some good food joints to eat. the front staff is polite. the house keeping staff is also good. the person who comes to clean the toilets definitely need to change as the bathroom has stain all over the toilets and comot. I hope the management takes sone serious look into this or will lose customers and the reputation of the hotel.
