Pros:

Огромные просторные комнаты, свежий воздух и хорошая циркуляция воздуха в комнате:)) Персонал отеля просто супер! Помогали во всем, всегда доброжелательны и вежливы. Отличный сытный завтрак. Есть выбор горячих блюд: омлет, сосиски, овощи горячие и холодные; много салатов, молочных продуктов, десертов, натуральный кофе, соки, фрукты. Бассейн в соседнем корпусе достаточно большой. Улетела рано- собрали завтрак с собой:)

Cons:

В гостинице все понравилось! Единственный минус был- вана, для пожилых туда трудно забраться, чтобы просто принять душ.
Немного информации о городе для будущих туристов:) Гостиница расположена на возвышенном месте, и если у вас все в порядке с ногами- не беда! Хороший выбор, где поужинать в пределах 10 минут ходьбы. Пожилым же людям по разбитым неудобным улочкам карабкаться будет трудно, но такси в Тбилиси супер: 5-7 лари, 5 минут и вы в любом ресторане в центре!
Будьте бдительны, особенно в центре: много случаев ограбления.

. The location is superb. Breakfast is good. Sraff is helpful

Cons:

Definitely not a 4 start facility. Everything is very old, the toilet button doesn't flush, outlets are not holding the charging cables in place, pool is closed. Most of the lamps aren't working at all

Pros:

רשמתי שאנחנו באים עם 2 ילדים אחד בן 4 ואחד שנתיים
אוטומטית שידרגו אותנו לסוויטה ענקית דאגו למיטת תינוק לפני שנכנסו לחדר
צוות אדיב ido במיוחד איש מקסים

בבריכה כמעט לא היו אנשים והייתה מחוממת וכייפית
המלון ממש קרוב לנקודת עליה לרכבל

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The room was too warm, 27 degrees, even with the air conditioner turned on to 17 degrees!. We were told that it is normal.

אין מזגנים בחדר - זה או חימום או קירור כללי. היינו במאי, היה חם יחסית אבל בחדרים היה רק חימום.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were especially very cozy, which made our stay even better. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our entire stay.

We had a very early morning flight and could not make it to breakfast, so the hotel kindly prepared lunch boxes for us in advance. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we truly appreciated it.

Special thanks to the whole team for their hospitality and care. If you are visiting Tbilisi, this hotel is an excellent choice!
