The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The location is very good!

Cons:

There were ants in the bathroom. There's a steep climb up the hill from the main boulevard.

The elevator was not working, and we had to use stairs. The hotel checked out us by accident, and we could not open the room.

While location is central, take into account that it is on hillside if you plan to walk. Also during snowy weather it is slips quite bad when you want to walk down to the centre.
