Tive uma ótima experiência neste hotel. O quarto é muito espaçoso, a cama é extremamente confortável e a roupa de cama é de excelente qualidade, proporcionando noites de sono muito agradáveis. A climatização funciona muito bem e o hotel disponibiliza água mineral, chá e café no quarto, um cuidado que faz diferença e as amenidades são boas.
A localização também é um ponto positivo. Embora não esteja exatamente no centro de tudo, é muito acessível e fica próximo ao funicular, facilitando os deslocamentos. O edifício tem uma arquitetura muito bonita e bem preservada, o que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável.
Mesmo estando em uma esquina movimentada, o isolamento acústico das janelas é muito eficiente, mantendo o quarto silencioso e confortável.
Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial ao Shota, do restaurante. Ele tornou todos os meus cafés da manhã ainda melhores com sua simpatia, atenção e gentileza. O atendimento dele realmente fez a diferença durante minha estadia.
As toalhas de banho já demonstram desgaste e poderiam ser substituídas. A limpeza do quarto também ficou abaixo do esperado. Não foi ruim, mas poderia ser muito mais cuidadosa.
A área da piscina foi a maior decepção. Trata-se de uma piscina coberta, sem salva-vidas ou qualquer funcionário acompanhando o ambiente. Havia muitas crianças brincando, o que fez com que o espaço estivesse longe de ser um local de relaxamento. Além disso, existem apenas duas espreguiçadeiras, o que é insuficiente para os hóspedes.
Outro ponto importante é a ausência de um restaurante ou serviço de refeições no hotel. Depois de um dia inteiro de passeios, seria muito conveniente poder fazer uma refeição no próprio hotel. O bar possui um cardápio interessante, mas, na prática, oferece poucas opções e apenas snacks.
O banheiro também merece atenção. A banheira é alta e o acesso para entrar e sair dela é desconfortável e pode representar um risco de queda, especialmente para hóspedes mais velhos ou com alguma limitação de mobilidade.
O café da manhã começa apenas às 8h. Para quem faz passeios ou precisa sair cedo, seria muito útil que o hotel disponibilizasse um breakfast box (lunch box) para esses hóspedes.
Por fim, tive um problema recorrente com a chave do quarto. Ela desmagnetizou diversas vezes durante uma estadia de cinco dias. Como meu quarto ficava distante da recepção, precisei retornar várias vezes apenas para reativá-la, o que foi bastante cansativo.
São melhorias relativamente simples, mas que certamente tornariam a experiência mais interessante.
The receptionist was very helpful. Do not remember her name. She was slim and blonde and was there on the night of 20th. She helped us immensely even when things were not going our way because of the rain.
Finding the parking was difficult. Else all was good.
המזגן בחדר לא עבד אז שדרגו אותנו למלון Pine Astoria שנמצא בהמשך הרחוב. בשני המקומות הצוות היה אדיב מאוד, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים. נמצא במרחק הליכה של 10 דקות מכיכר החירות ו3 דקות מפניקולר, קרוב למקומות תיירותיים אבל לא נמצא ממש במרכז.
Гостиница расположена возле фуникулера , 15 минут ходьбы вниз от до Площади Руставели (центр),есть бассейн и очень хорошо кормили, очень приятный персонал в ресторане и кто убирал номера.Просторные номера.
Мы заказали стандартный двухместный номер с одной кроватью в нашем номере не работал кондиционер в первый же день приезда , а было душно , муж попросил исправить кондиционер ,но так и никто и не пришел исправить . Люди жаловались тоже на этом этаже . После того как еще раз сказали ,что мы не можем так жить без кондиционера нас перевели в одноместный номер не вернув нам компенсацию за наш предыдущий заказ по нашей просьбе .

Regretting on my decision for booking the stay in this property
AC was not working throughout our stay. We had complained but wasn’t taken it seriously.
No one cleaned our rooms despite we had put the clean my room request outside the door.
Housekeeping staff wasn’t available and we had to go every time to the reception from 5th floor to get cutlery, toiletries and dishes etc.

Excellent and very friendly staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone was very helpful and understanding. I have stayed at this hotel three times already, and every stay has been a great experience. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
