津駅の前ではないがアプローチしやすい。
1泊だが、事前の荷物受け取りから、当日と2日目の荷物預かり もやってくれ安濃津祭りを巡る 観光をするのにとても便利だった。

Cons:

お部屋が少し狭くダブルベッドも2人で寝るには少し狭い
コインランドリーがあり便利だが乾燥機体型の設備が欲しかった
