Unforgettable stay ❤
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful and unforgettable! ❤️

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with the
famous sulfur baths just a short walk away. The staffs are absolutely amazing —
always welcoming you with a warm smile, making you feel at home, and being
ready to help with anything you need.

The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel’s restaurant
offers fantastic food with wonderful flavors. I was also very pleased to see
that the blankets in the rooms had been replaced during my stay. They were
soft, fluffy, lightweight, and wonderfully warm — such a thoughtful touch that
made the stay even more comfortable!

What makes this hotel truly special is the kindness,
care, and hospitality of its team. You can really feel that they care about
their guests and want them to have the best possible experience.

Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and
memorable. You are all wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back again
and again! Highly
recommended! ❤

Понравилось всё: и расположение, и атмосфера, и интерьер, и персонал. Место в самом сердце старого Тбилиси, но при этом очень транспортно доступное. Да и пешком можно дойти даже от проспекта Руставели. Есть общий балкончик на третьем этаже с видом на реку и старую церковь на противоположном берегу. Из ванной комнаты немного тянуло канализацией, но некритично, если на ночь закрывать дверь. Днем не пахло. Душевая кабина удобная, ничего не выливается на пол, у душа хороший напор. Каждый день была уборка номера и замена бутылочек с питьевой водой. И было очень тихо ночью, хотя расположение в туристическом центре

Close enough to the airport for convenience, yet within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to experience the city.

The check-in staff were very welcoming. I arrived late and exhausted, but they were so cheerful and friendly.

Cons:

(to be fair, I only stay in the hotel one night so my review is based on very limited experience)

Morning staff had very limited knowledge of the neighborhood. I’m sure this hotel welcomes plenty of tourists, and I can’t imagine I’m the first person to ask, “Where can I mail a postcard?”

The only answers I got from her were repeated “I don’t know” and “I can’t help you.” I tried looking it up myself, but I still couldn’t figure it out, which is why I asked the hotel staff for help in the first place.

I’m still upset by the way she responded. Even if she didn’t know where the nearest post office or mailbox was, she could at least have told me how she usually sends mail here or suggested an alternative, so I could figure out the next step myself. I wasn’t expecting her to know everything, but I did expect a little more willingness to help.

Pros:

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Aivani in Tiflis. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und haben sich jederzeit darum gekümmert, dass ich mich wohlfühle.

Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird. Ich habe mich von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt und die herzliche Betreuung! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel Aivani absolut weiterempfehlen. ❤️

Не коштують свооїх грошей. Кімнати де є вікна супер дорогі, а по 50-60 евро за добу буде бункер. Сніданок НЕ входить(((
Pros:

Хороший готель! Розташування, рецепція, ліфт.
Посилили в ночі. Але з пригодами.

Cons:

Кімнати з вікнами щілинами. Вікно менше ніж в підвалі, десь сантиметрів 20 висотою під стелею. Сонця не видно. Не зрозуміло чи день чи ніч. Кімнати бункери.
4 поверх не беріть! Ліфт туди не йде, вікон немає.
