Absolutely stunning apartment with a great location, short walk to the subway and within close proximity of shopping and stores. Very friendly staff that speaks great english and a lot of good facilities in the apartment.

Pros:

Really roomy apartment with stylish and clean furnishings, everything comfortable. Really excellent staff, extremely thoughtful and eager to help, with perfect English communication too.

Cons:

It was a little weird that the 2-bedroom apartment we booked had one normal bedroom and then 2 beds in an open-plan living room. Screens were provided but these didn't substitute a door. But it was nice otherwise

Pros:

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Prime location, fast response from the staff, room is relatively big as well. There's nothing that we don't like in this hotel.

Cons:

Honestly there's nothing that we don't like but if i were to say, it's the toilet that is not heated as compared to others.

Kyoto stay
Pros:

Everything was great and as expected, the only complaint I have is the bed in the main bedroom is a bit small but the room is not that wide so it's to be expected but just so others are aware

Cons:

The size of the main bedroom bed but everything was great and the washer was a great addition for our travels

A very convenient stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was nice and large.

Cons:

One of the bedrooms didn’t have a door, which made privacy a little difficult for our teenage kids.

Comfortable stay in super central location
Pros:

Super central location right in the heart of Kyoto. Easy to get to the sites in the west and eastern sides of the city. Clean rooms and very comfortable for our family of four. Highly reccomended as it’s super easy to find great food and drink options nearby.

Nothing negative to report at all.
