Lovely hotel but was there for my anniversary and pool and sauna was closed .
Pros:

Nice and clean . Staff friendly but no swimming pool as was closed .

Overall, the hotel felt tired and overpriced.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location was good.

Cons:

Overall, the room was really disappointing. The carpet had multiple stains, some of the furniture was damaged with laminate peeling away, and the décor felt tired and dated. It felt more like a budget airline style room than a four-star hotel — closer to a 3-star at a push.

The pool was also very small and appeared much larger in the photos. The restaurant was expensive, particularly considering the many dining options nearby.

Overall, this did not feel like a four-star experience and the room quality was more comparable to a Premier Inn style stay than expected.

Pros:

Had a lovely stay, balcony room exceptional, just as expected for the price, staff friendly, facilities clean

Cons:

The only two aspects that could be improved was for some reason there wasn’t a tv remote in the room when we arrived (staff brought another up on request) and as with many hotels the small fridge in the room wasn’t very cold (more noticeable in the recent heatwave)

Excellent city centre hotel
Pros:

Great location for city centre. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Pool facilities. Large spacious room and en-suite.

Cons:

Even though I had forewarned the hotel that I was gluten free, nobody at breakfast service took much notice. They did cook me something separate from the buffet though so turned out ok in the end but there are no separate areas for free from foods.

Pros:

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, aber füssläufig ca. 8 min einer vorhanden. Preis ca. 20 Pfund

Clean room, comfy bed, good location.

Cons:

There is no parking for the hotel and the nearest long stay parking is almost 10 minutes away which was not really convenient with a kid. Saying that, I think the price was expensive for a room without breakfast considering the parking issue

Lovely, very relaxing and just such a nice place to stay with your partner.
Pros:

The spa was very well kept and very clean.
The rooms are such a lovely place to stay.
The hotel is such a nice place on a very hot day like it was when I stayed because of the quality of the aircon.
