Comfortable and central
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was great, with a separate bath and shower. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

The lack of sound proofing with the corridor and other rooms was poor. The hotel lobby and breakfast room were overheated. I had dinner in the restaurant, and the food and service were average at best.

Ideal location, very clean, comfortable, modern. Very helpful staff
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apex hotel in Bath.

As we were checking in, Jessica was very friendly and asked us our plan for the visit. We were there celebrating my mum's for 3 days. Jessica recommended a few places to visit and showed us a map to help us navigate around. She kindly upgraded our rooms from 2 standard double rooms to 2 family rooms with two double beds which we're not expecting at all and were appreciative. She also gave us 4 drink vouchers.

When we got to the rooms, they were very clean and spacious. The bath tub was a nice touch and my mum used it every night.

In the evening, we were planning my mum's birthday meal and due to the rain, we had to change our dinner plans. Adeen was very helpful and made a reservation for us. He also helped me add a slice of sticky toffee pudding and ice cream with a happy birthday message on the dish to present to my mum after our three-course meal which was a nice touch.

Comfortable, great location, nice facilities but a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Facilities in room were of good quality.
Pool was clean and better than expected (if too cool).
Check in quick and pleasant.
Clean and comfortable stay.

Cons:

Steam room out of action and didn't know before arrival. Spa facilities big part of why we booked this hotel.
Aircon in room didn't work and it was too warm.
Check out and left luggage collection was not very smooth - not enough staff on reception for a busy Sunday (Bath Half Marathon and Mother's Day).
Unable to cast to tv so viewing options very limited.

Perfect location for the Thermae Spa, shops and stroll around city centre and canal
Pros:

Staff v helpful and accommodating, we arrived early and as r room was not ready we were upgraded to a family room. V spacious with 2 x super kingsize beds. Swimming pool was lovely with lounger’s available for relaxation with a sauna

Well located central hotel with good spa facilities & delicious breakfast

Nous sommes arrivés le jour du marathon. N'étant pas du coin nous aurions appréciés être prevenus. Après 3h de difficultés d'acces, nous avons finalement pu arriver à la réception et demandé ou nous pouvions nous garer. Nous n'avons pas réellement eu d'aide ou d'indications.

Le personnel n'etait pas tres souriant que se soit à la réception ou au petit-déjeuner.

Pour la partie bien être, nous avions réservé notre créneau horaire commande demandé, toutefois cela ne semblait pas necessaire... et le hammam ne fonctionnait pas.

Enfin nous trouvons le prix un peu élevé pour les prestations de l'hôtel
