Breakfast room is very noisy no matter where you sit high ceilings heighten the sound but breakfast is good and staff were lovely

Superbe séjour. Je reviendrai si je devais revenir à Bath
Pros:

Superbe établissement idéalement situé proche du centre-ville. Chambre immense avec bacon, vue magnifique sur maisons anciennes. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix

Excellent hotel - would stay again
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great, attentive, helpful staff team. Great breakfast choices. Lovely big room. Luxury touches. Pool and sauna were terrific.

Not as good as usual.
Pros:

We liked the Happy Birthday sign and cake in the room was really thoughtful.

Cons:

The carpet was stained in the room, the room seemed really small, this was our 10th visit to this Apex, we didn't get dressing gowns, I dont know why? We needed to get Breakfast at 7am due to our sons graduation at 10am, they hadn't finish setting up by 7.15, I felt very rushed then.

We had a nice stay but the service was not as good as their sister property in London.
Pros:

We enjoyed the convenient location and breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. The facilities were modern and well kept.

Cons:

It seemed they may have been understaffed during our stay. Also, I was concerned that housekeeping might have been cutting corners. For example, we had to ask for fresh towels one day after the room had already been cleaned.

Cool and relaxing stay in the heart of glorious Bath.
