Loved the hotel , attention to detail with birthday cake in room waiting , couldn’t be more pleased :-) .
Pros:

Loved the location , facilities , and spa

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great , could of been better . Bacon was tough , had been under heat lights too long , coffee in flasks was not a good taste , poached eggs x 2 , one was soft , other was hard . Far too many beans too .

Very comfortable; delicious food and good location
Pros:

Room: well equipped; location: easy walk from station and into town. A huge thank you to the staff member who returned my laptop, I had left in my room, to reception.

Cons:

Body wash in my shower was empty- used shampoo instead!
