Overall, a great stay in a great city!
Pros:

Very friendly staff at front desk, super clean everywhere, spacious room and very comfortable bed - we slept super well!
Pool and steam room were really clean and airy and never overcrowded. Overall, a great stay in a great hotel in a great city!

Pool and jacuzzi were a little chilly for my liking, but I run hot, so...

Wonderful hotel, good location, hard bed
Pros:

Staff,location,overall hotel was excellent

Cons:

The bed,although a lovely size,clean and warm,it was so hard! Not just me my husband also thought so.i know it's personal preference but it was like sleeping on a board, not to my personal liking, but everything else was outstanding.

Great location, would definitely recommend despite minor issues.
Pros:

Good reception and general staff support. Room was clean with good sleep quality, en-suite excellent, lashings of hot water. The Leisure centre, pool, steam room and changing facilities, top quality. Pool is small but did the job. The lift service was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast is the start of the day and can make or break it. A pet hate of mine, is to be served Luke warm food on a cold plate. On this occasion they went one step further and served undercooked Luke warm food on a cold plate. That said, the rest of the selection was great quality.

Pros:

We like this place very much. Our staff was super friendly and he let us in our room even though we were a little early. He drawn a map to show us where the Roman bath, Abbey and the bridge were. The room was full of surprises, the bathtub was the perfect and we really appreciated the hot bath after a whole day of walking.

Very helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is situated on the corner of a very busy main road which I knew in advance of my stay and requested a quiet room which had been organised before I checked in. The room was very nice, had a small fridge and exceptionally clean bathroom had both a bath and large walk in show. I experienced several issues with the heating/air con, toilet and phone which was a bit unlucky. The maintenance/front of house staff responded super promptly. They have a brilliant pool and spa area which was quite popular with other guests. They have a booking system to avoid it getting over crowded.

Cons:

The restaurant is expensive and the bar area not very welcoming so stayed in my room.
