One of the best hotels in bath!
Pros:

Always super clean and well kept. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was comfortable and the facilities are great.

Cons:

Our bed wasn’t made up very well. I had to re-tuck the bed sheet as it wasn’t attached. I believe there was supposed to be robes in the room (which we’ve had on every visit) but no robes this time which was disappointing.

Amazing break away, Bath is stunning and the hotel made the stay perfect.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, clean and many facility’s. Lovely food. Staff were lovely.

Great City Hotel with great Service!
Pros:

The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable—making it the perfect retreat after a long day. I especially appreciated the swimming pool and made our stay even more memorable.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. The restaurant staff’s exceptional service it 's clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority at your property.
