Great hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Great location. Rooms were spacious and so comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, enough towels were supplied. Staff were polite and helpful. There was a fridge in the room too.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like.

Good hotel to visit Bath
Pros:

The room was clean, breakfast was ok, food allergies were taken into account, very friendly personnel. Dinner was delicious.

Cons:

The ordering process at breakfast can be improved: you need to chase somebody to order anything from the menu. The bed was a bit hard.

Good location, Bath it's a must!
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathroom. Staff ok.

Cons:

If you are extremely picky, it’s not very clean. We left our room early in the morning, came back around 4pm, and the room wasn't made. The breakfast is not worth the cost at all you can eat better for the same price in many good restaurants around.

Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Three adults in a family room Lots of room. Beds were excellent . Super clean. Location was ideal, only a few mins walk from everywhere. Would recommend.

Pros:

Deep bathtub, swimming pool with steam and sauna, great location, excellent breakfast available at extra cost. Room in this newer hotel is bigger than most available in Bath, although standard size for comparable US hotel. Location close to New Royal Theater, Thermae Bath, and restaurants. Acceptable walk from the rail station.

Cons:

Hotel prices are high, although a discount through Booking helped.

A gem of a hotel in central Bath, highly recommended
Pros:

A fabulous find in the centre of Bath, so close to everything we needed, including the station + park + ride bus stop!
We loved the environmentally friendly ethos of the hotel, with wooden key fobs and choice of opting out of room service so that a donation was given to a homeless charity.
The pool, steam room + sauna were the best we've encountered, everything being so clean and great value for money included in the room rate.
Would definitely book here again!

Cons:

There was honestly nothing!
We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this
