Very comfortable bed and lovely big bath and good supply of various items on offer for drinks.
Pros:

Location
Sound proofing was excellent as we had three large windows in our suite overlooking a busy road

Cons:

Only small noticeable cleaning problem was the stains in toilet, bleach could solve this and the overflow at back of the the sink you can see the black mould.

Really impressed with our entire stay for a 4 star gotel
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Poor ans spa area very good

Cons:

The shower room at the pool had an empty pot left on the floor 1st day of arrival and still there over 24hrs later which shows showers not cleaned daily

Pros:

the swimming pool and surrounding areas were excellent. The room size was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately the window in the room was not closed properly and the heating in the room did not work. I diid not notice either of these things until the temperature dropped in the evening by which time my room mate did not want to ask the concierge to come up. So the room was unheated and very cold, I could not sleep and was awake most of the night.

Awesome hotel, hope to visit again!
Pros:

Clean modern hotel with excellent staff and quality rooms. Nice personal touches inside room with signed card and chocolates.

Cons:

If being really fussy the pool booking needs to be done in advance. On the second day it was really busy in pool despite numbers being restricted. I’m being really picky though and it didn’t spoil anything.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring Bath.

Cons:

For the superior room we stayed in, the paintwork was a little tired and is in need of a little touch up in places. However it was impeccably clean.
