Convenient to Kansai airport with free shuttle
Pros:

Free shuttle to/from airport, convenient for early morning flight or late arrival. Bus driver & hotel staffs are helpful and polite.

Pros:

因為搭樂桃的MM28，雖然落地後很快拿到行李
但離開機場也已經11：10了
還好有訂這間旅館，使用他的免費接駁車
他的接駁地點寫的很清楚，就是在各航廈的「團體巴士乘車處」但二航的接駁處沒有放上照片，尋找時有點慌張不確定是不是在正確位置，希望能在官網上放上照片
末班車會在00：05準時出發

Convenient place to stay, close to airport with pickup n drop off airport service.
Pros:

Staff went out of their way to help when we had a luggage issue and needed to contact the airport. Bus pickup was easy, with clear instructions from the airport. Would stay again.

Good Japanese airport hotel experience
Pros:

Onsen and breakfast were good. As an Australian family we stayed for one night for the Japanese vibe.

Pros:

Free airport shuttle bus to and from the hotel

Cons:

Noise from people talking loudly outside the room. Generally, it was quiet when there is no tour group staying on the same level.

Pros:

not too far to walk from train station. Shuttle bus was good.

Cons:

Tried to book a non-smoking room, didn't happen and when I tried to rectify it was told that it would be an extra $53. Decided to leave the booking as it was. The room/whole floor stunk of cigarette smoke, had to sleep with the window open. A great shame that people aren't charged ore for a smoking room, perhaps shouldn't be encouraged. Wouldn't stay here again, for that reason only. Otherwise a perfectly good hotel.
