Convenient to airport. Good value for all services. Friendly staff.
Pros:

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast - Japanese and Western style available.
Great shuttle service. Quiet location.

Cons:

Nothing all good. Just a comment - room's are a bit older but no issue for our comfortable stay.

Good value for the price of the room and free transportation to the airport.
Pros:

I did not have time to eat breakfast due to early departure for the airport.
I like the free transportation from the airport and also going to the airport. This is a wonderful service that I appreciated.

Cons:

A complimentary bottled water in the room would have been appreciated.

とても大満足です！
Pros:

間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してました。
が当日すぐに対応して頂けて快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
アメニティも普段はシャンプーリンス等を持っていくのですが、忘れてしまいホテルの物を使わせて頂きました。
とても髪にも良く満足しました。
お部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。

最高、またぜひ泊まりたいです。

部屋は綺麗で、大浴場はきもちよく、朝食はどれもとてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

関空からは少し遠かったです。
でも、送り迎えをして頂けるので、移動も快適でした。

スタッフさんの対応も良く、大浴場があるのが、海外出発前の癒しでした。
喫煙ルームがありがたかった。
関空までの送迎バスは有難たい。
また使います。
近くは静かですが、飲食店も何軒かあり、
夕食も楽しめました。
