Top locatie, en mooie kamers!
Pros:

Het Hotel staat in de mooie rustige wijk Westend,
op 5 minuten lopen van het metro station en met naast het hotel een Italiaans Restaurant, verder aan de overkant bevind zich het geweldige
Black Bulls Steakhouse.

Ook zijn er 2 supermarkten en een Geweldige Bakkerij, Liebesbrot, in de directe omgeving.

Ruime mooie kamers met, met zitbank, goed werkende airco en een prachtige inloop douch,
en wat je niet vaak hebt; een aparte toilet ruimte.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk, aparte vermelding van mijn kant voor voor de heren
van Housekeeping👌🏻👌🏻.

Cons:

Alles beviel,

Wat ik wel miste en makkelijk op te lossen is;
Er waren maar 3 kleding hangers, dat is, zeker voor een hotel op dit niveau, echt te weinig, 6 is het minimum.

Ook was er voor na het douchen maar 1 handdoek haakje, lijkt me lastig als je met 2 gasten bent😉.

Pessimo hotel, esperienza assolutamente negativa!
Pros:

Praticamente nulla, da un 4 stelle superior mi sarei aspettato molto di piu tenendo conto del prezzo pagato!

Cons:

Accoglienza fredda e asettica! La receptionist ha fatto fatica a salutare al nostro arrivo, praticamente nessuna informazione, nessun sorriso, abbiamo chiesto del parcheggio ed è stata molto vaga quasi infastidita...la camera era calda! Capisco il calore esterno ma il condizionatore non era adeguato per il livello dell'hotel! Lamentata la cosa ci ha risposto che era normale e che bisogna attendere...abbiamo inutilmente atteso 3 giorni del soggiorno! Altra cosa mancava il frigo bar, come può essere possibile in un 4 stelle Superior??? Stendiamo un velo pietoso...siamo stati 3 giorni e l'hotel è sempre stato un mortorio!!!

Super Hotel in idealer und ruhiger Lage - tolles stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und gut in einem bestehenden Gebäude eingerichtet worden. Super Lage und super Qualität der Ausstattung - gern immer einmal wieder.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück besonders die gefühlt leitende Kraft ist störend.

Pros:

Location was great. The hotel is clean and modern.

Cons:

No proper aircon in the rooms. Despite the claims, what is actually in the room cannot be described as aircon. A desk fan would have given more relief than the air coming from the vents. In 36 degree heat the room was stifflingly hot. Really disappointing. There is also no fridge in the room. For the price I would have expected a lot better.

Staff was nice. Decent price. Parking onsite.

Cons:

No privacy in the room in terms of open shower. Not separated bathroom. Terrible idea. Aircondition did not function well. Was hot in the room. And curtains had to be closed as it was very close to a building near by and neighbors could easily look inside

Zimmer recht hellhörig zum Flur zudem ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals doch stark schwankend (die Bitte uns ein Bügeleisen und -brett zur Verfügung zu stellen wurde recht patzig und unfreundlich aufgenommen)
