Important information:

  • Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. Retornarei, porém não jantarei mais no restaurante do hotel.
Pros:

Roupa de cama, chuveiro, cama e estacionamento.
Atendimento do Daniel.

Cons:

Financeiro desorganizado, restaurante não consegue emitir nota fiscal para pessoa jurídica… fiz uma reclamação na receita estadual, não sei se surtirá efeito.

Opção próxima ao aeroporto com um ótimo café da manhã.
Pros:

Gosto deste hotel porque é perto do aeroporto e tem um café da manhã gostoso, com muitas opções. Desta vez comi uma farofa de cuscuz bem temperada e que estava uma delícia. A cama é confortável e o quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Sugiro disponibilizar um cobre-leito com o jogo de cama e um cobertor limpo no armário, pois muitas vezes a localização do ar-condicionado faz com que o vento caia sobre a cama e é necessário utilizar as cobertas, pois Manaus faz calor e não dá para dormir sem ligar o ar. Sugiro também, no café da manhã, preparar o café preto de modo que ele seja servido mais fresco e não dentro de uma única garrafa em grande quantidade, porque altera muito o sabor do café.

A very pleasant stay, highlighted by great service and an excellent buffet.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, with very attentive and charismatic staff. I especially want to highlight the buffet: the food was delicious, varied, beautifully presented, and full of color. One of the best parts of the hotel!

Cons:

I’m quite sensitive to smells, and I noticed a slight humidity scent in the room at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but it could be improved.
