Fui muito bem recepcionado pelo Oceano Hotel Barra Velha, em especial pelas atendentes da recepção, simpáticas e com muita atenção aos detalhes. O hotel proporcionou ainda bicicletas, para fazer aquele passeio pela beira mar. Quarto limpo, café da manhã ótimo e um ambiente acolhedor. Recomendo

Gostaria de destacar a boa vontade dos funcionários do hotel durante minha permanência.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom. Bastante variedade de pães, bolos?, enfim , me agradou bastante.

Cons:

A apresentação externa precisa de uma pintura, o hotel não possui elevadores e o armário para guardar os pertences é bem modesto.

Nota 1000 para os funcionários! Solicitos, atenciosos. Precisei cancelar uma reserva, e a gerente fez na hora, acompanhando comigo pelo app.
Minha filha ganhou uma pelúcia do dono do hotel.
Localização excelente, quarto grande.

Bem pertinho da praia e de mercados e restaurantes e fornecem cadeiras de praia, toalhas e guarda-sol. As instalações são simples e organizadas. Os atendentes são muitos queridos.

Cons:

Pelo menos no nosso quarto, faltou tomadas perto da cama para carregamento de celular e notebooks..e também sentimos falta de mais cabides e ganchos na parede para pendurar bolsas e toalhas..
