Bom custo benefício, Funcionários superatenciosos, mas quarto precisa de algumas melhorias

Pontos positivos: Funcionários superatenciosos, excelente atendimento e cordialidade; Café da manhã muito bom; Hotel fica mais distante do centro de Gramado para quem gosta de mais sossego, para meu objetivo foi excelente. Estrutura muito boa pelo custo-benefício. De forma geral, é um bom hotel.

Cons:

Pontos negativo: Quarto barulhento, não tem isolamento mínimo de ruído. Dá pra ouvir quarto acima, dos lados, camareira arrumando outros quartos, etc. O barulho foi a pior experiência, liguei para a recepção e informei durante estadia reclamando; Outros pontos: Maioria das toalhas de banho novas, mas algumas velhas e com pequenos rasgos; Mau cheiro vindo do banheiro, tive que deixar o exaustor ligado 24h, não localizei de onde estava vindo cheiro ruim, da pia, vasos, do carpete, mas era algo bem acentuado; Apesar da vista bonita, as janelas estavam bloqueadas/travadas, entendo isso para quarto de crianças, mas para adulto poderia destravar, com o mau cheiro vindo do banheiro, é necessário deixar o quarto livre/aberto para ventilar; Mau escoamento do ralo do chuveiro, enchendo o box.

Adoramos nossa estadia! Todo espaço do hotel é muito aconchegante, nosso quarto estava super confortável e muito limpo. O café sensacional. Nos sentimos super bem vindos com nosso pet, principalmente pela sky vindo receber nosso cachorrinho, linda!
