Pros:

The staff were great. They arranged an Uber to the restaurant and then called the restaurant and got them to arrange an Uber back to the hotel

Pros:

The property is great. The only problem was the bathroom. They need to separate the shower and the toilet. Messy... Dangerous... Accident waiting to happen. I would stay there again. Safe.. Security is great.. Staff great.. Also invest in television... Better channels..

Very comfortable place to stay

My wife and I stayed for one night. We were returning from a safari and had a flight the following day, so we chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport. The start to the stay was frustrating but ended up being very good!

We were pretty annoyed upon check-in. The address listed is incorrect; I believe there are three different properties under this listing. Our driver tried calling their phone number repeatedly before finally getting a call that we were booked at a different location. Unfortunately it was a bit further from the airport than I had anticipated, off of Beijing Road.

Once we arrived we were very happy with the room. It is a very big apartment with all the amenities you could ask for, including a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, comfortable bed, living room with smart TV and very fast internet. While we only stayed one night, this would be a very nice place for long term stays.

Aaron, who managed the property, was very helpful. He picked up some food for us and gave us a ride to the airport very early in the morning. After the mix-up with the location I really appreciated his help and it left me with a positive impression.
