Cons:

The most horrible bicycle I have ever had. After 100 meter of ride it was already uncomfortable. Breaks are dead and no gear. Staff are lazy everyone is chilled out. 30 minutes to serve a tea but a gentle reminder because they do forgot it. It happened twice. Nice location, clean and comfortable however service way under class.

Pros:

Beautiful surroundings and pleasant environment. Activities like pottery and star gazing are amazing.

Cons:

Property is lovely but I was wondering why there is no lock for washrooms, this was main negative point. Room service like everyday cleaning, replace towel and replenishing tea/coffee should be a default. Also, portion size could be larger for dinner. This property is a bit far from the city which gives opportunity to stay in a serene location, however, a bit scary to travel in late evenings.

Cons:

Staff is not fully trained and things were very slow . They not doing extra effort. Gone there for anniversary left a note well before still . Rooms were ready one hour late .

Pathetic undertrained unprofessional rude unaccommodating horrible staff. Our kids had a separate room and made some calls to the front desk - which we admit wasn't correct on their part. But without informing us, or ever connecting with us regarding this issue, one staff member went up to the kids room at 11 pm and started screaming at them and threatened them.

When we went to question him, he glared at our kids with an intimidating look.

I will never go back to this pathetic property again. Not one person apologised! Horrible pathetic staff

Lighting at the premises was well designed. It is in accordance to the nature.

There were frequent power cuts, though it was for max one min each. But it was not expected.

Pros:

Worst 5 star property as compare to others ! Don’t follow others guidelines eg. rejected Booking.com or Agoda.com etc. Hotel follows its own pricing and guidelines.
