Nettes Haus in guter Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage in einer Seitenstraße von Forbach, mit einem schönen Biergarten.
Es stehen kostenlose Auto- und Motorradparkplätze zur Verfügung sowie ein abschließbarer Stellplatz für Fahrräder.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl.
Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft keine Restaurant, sondern nur ein Kaffee und Bistro bis 18:30 Uhr.

Für ein Flaschenbier (0,5 l) 4,50€ zu verlangen ist schon grenzwertig.

Schönes rustikales Gebäude mit Schwarzwaldflair, Restaurants leider etwas wenig Auswahl.
Pros:

Altes Haus, nicht überall up-to-date, aber Bad renoviert nach neuem Standard. Eigene Terrasse mit Liege und Stühlen.
Kühlschrank auf dem Flur mit Bier und Softdrinks - zum selbst aufschreiben.
Gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück.
Parkplätze für Autos, Motorräder und Fahrräder direkt am Haus.
Mehrere Ruheplätze im Haus, am Fluss.

Cons:

Kein reguläres Restaurant im Haus, einfache Speisen seien machbar gewesen. Indisches Restaurant im Nachbarort (ca. 2 km).
Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der berühmten Holzbrücke, die aber renoviert wird und nicht betreten werden kann. (Ist natürlich kein Minuspunkt für das Hotel.)

Kurztrip mit Hund in den Schwarzwald
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Es wurde auch regelmäßig nachgefüllt, falls etwas aus ging. In der bewirtungsfreien Zeit gab es auf den Stockwerken Mini-Kühlschranke, wo man Getränke gegen spätere Abrechnung entnehmen konnte. Lager an der direkt an der Murg ist schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten zwei Dachfenster, eine richtige Verschattung, welche es für die vorhandenen Velux-Fenster gibt wäre schön gewesen, stattdessen war stark durchhängend ein Vorhang angebracht, welcher nur dürftig abdunkelte oder die Sonneneinstrahlung verminderte. Ich gehe davon aus, dass es bei hohen Temperaturen sehr heiß im Zimmer wird. Die Sitzlounge hinter dem Haus Richtung wäre schöner, wenn ein bisschen Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt werden würde.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Murg gelegen, großzügiges Zimmer mit Terrasse zum Flussufer. Angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr gutes und freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück. Wunderschöne Natur zum Wandern und im Sommer zum Baden und Chillen an der Murg im Schwarzwald. Absolut empfehlenswert für Menschen, die Natur und Ruhe suchen.

Pros:

Ich habe auf meiner Wanderung auf dem Westweg hier übernachtet. Die Etappe war lang und anstrengend, kurz vor 19 Uhr (Check in bis 19 Uhr!) stand ich auf der anderen Seite der Holzfußgängerbrücke mit Blick auf das Hotel - leider ist die Brücke momentan wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen. Also Anruf im Hotel, sehr freundlich, es sei kein Problem, sie warten natürlich auf mich. 20 Minuten dann endlich da, auf meinen Wunsch wurde mir als erstes eine kalte Saftschorle gebracht und dann die Formalitäten erledigt. Am Ende wurde sogar noch mein Rucksack auf das Zimmer getragen.
Vielen Dank für die Herzlichkeit, mit der ich empfangen wurde!!!
