Nice rooms but definitely not perfect and had some issues here and there
Pros:

The room was nice, pretty and bright. We were close to many restaurants, shops and a King Kong. Most things are in walking distance. The front-desk staff are willing to help you book tours, and it's 24/7 service.

Cons:

The toilet in our room leaked a bit when it was flushed. Our main light switches wouldn't work and didn't turn off our lights unless we took out the key card, which would completely cut off electricity. It took multiple follow-ups with hotel staff to eventually fix the issue. Also, some of our key cards wouldn't work with our door. Finally, the laundry service can take quite a while, so make sure you allocate enough time. When I called to ask when it was done (it had already been more than a day), staff said it was coming up in 5 minutes, but I actually received my laundry the next day in the afternoon, which was very misleading. Wifi was sadly very slow.

Good mattress (basic thing to check in Vietnam!)

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation !!
The days we stayed (which is peak season for phu quoc) they were hanging outside our windows to paint the building so we could never have our curtains open !!
The noise was very loud while they were working outside
And during the night we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of the air conditioning generator (and we had it off!!!)

Pros:

polite staff, good check out time, pool for kids, decent breakfast, included airport pick up with a name plate

Cons:

They only mop the floors—no vacuum—so small particles and grains stay behind, meaning the floor still feels dirty and you can’t comfortably walk barefoot even right after cleaning.
They also skimp on toiletries: you get just one tiny 10 ml bottle each of very worn-looking shower gel and shampoo (clearly reused/refilled many times) for three people—and ours weren’t even topped up.

Staff were very nice and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc.
Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, could have kept food hotter and fruit more varied but overall it was good. They made eggs to order which was great.

Cons:

Pool. Not clean, zero shade so really impossible to sit around. Shade cloths would make a huge difference.
Room refrigerator was not cold so food would spoil quickly, luckily only milk and snacks so not a huge deal .

Этот отель совсем не подходит для отдыха и сна

Cons:

Ужасный отель, шумоизоляции совсем нет, слышно всё что происходит за стеной в соседнем номере, а ночью начинают лаять собаки, затем в 5 утра к ним подключается петух и это все продолжается до 7 утра очень-очень громко слышно, даже если ты на 8 этаже. Спать разумеется не надейтесь в этом отеле, он не подходит для отдыха совершенно. Если уж решились, берите с собой беруши!!!
Номера старые и некрасивые, неуютно. Шкафов нет, одежду с чемодана выложить некуда
Единственный плюс это завтрак, он хороший и с хорошим видом. Расположение в пешей доступности от кинг конга -7 минут, до пляжа 10 минут. Этот пляж один из самых нормальных и чистых на острове. Больше ничего в это районе нет

В принципе было неплохо, оценку поставил бы выше, если бы уборщики не воровали деньги.

Стоит лишь оставить чемодан открытым - можете попрощаться с частью денег, естественно ничего не докажешь , поэтому если решите остаться в этом отеле, то держите деньги под замком

Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Der Pool auf dem Dach war verdreckt. Sonnenstühle, Möbel defekt. Mehr wie Abstellraum. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass man jedes Geräusch vom Nachbarn gehört hat. Ab 5:00 Uhr morgens ist anscheinend die Waschmaschine gelaufen und hat laut gebrummt. Dieses Hotel hat nichts mit Urlaub zu tun.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, вокруг модно найти всё необходимое. Завтраки вкусные. Удобная кровать. Большой номер.

Cons:

Постоянные проблемы с горячей водой! Её просто не было. Постоянно мылись еле теплой.

Pros:

Приятные сотрудники кафе и ресепшена.
Каждый день приносили воду и кофе.
Давали пляжные полотенца.
Чистые стены в номере.

Cons:

Жили две недели.
1 день не работал лифт. Остальные дни он издавал громкие звуки из за перегруза по утрам. Перегруз он определял примерно от 5 человек при заявленной грузоподъемности 900кг. Утро начиналось с воя лифта.
Во время нашего проживания красили стены отеля. Сидишь ты в номере, а за окном два скалолаза с валиками.
В санузле жил большой таракан.
Во время уборки полы не моют. Остаётся песок.
В душе если заглянуть в слив то там ад!
Уборка поверхностная.
Если потрогать большой душ сверху там ад!
В душе нет даже крошечной полочки. Помыться целый квест. Надо выжидать когда будет горячая вода и потом думать куда положить мыльно рыльные..
Горячая вода была не всегда.
Кондиционер над кроватью и не обслуженный. Чем он дует страшно подумать.
В холле всегда духота.
Тренажеры не работают.
В бассейне вода не циркулирует.
Завтраки посредственные. Если прийти не с самого утра то останется немного.
В холле разрешено курить.
Дойти до моря целый квест.
Подход к морю один на небольшой микрорайон. На море лежаки по 150.000 VND за один.
В целом думаю есть места получше и на Фукуоке и ещё лучше на материковом Въетнаме.

Don't believe the photos
Pros:

Breakfast is good, good coffee, fresh omelette and fried eggs made while you wait. The location is good. It's close to bar, restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

The photos of this hotel have been filtered or were taken when this hotel was first built. The hotel must be 30 + years older and has had no improvements. So the hotel has seen better days. Our first room smelled very bad, we had a room change and the second room smelled bad but not as much as that first room. So much so we had to go to the local supermarket to buy an air freshener. There are no balconies and the sea view is a side sea view. The pool area is dropping in bits and the pool is covered in bugs and insects that are drowning.. if you get the hotel cheap and want somewhere close to bars, restaurants and the beach then book, just don't expect your room or the hotel to look like the photos.

Pros:

Отличный персонал и вкусные завтраки: фрукты, овощи, мюсли, гарнир (это могли быть рис,картошка, овощи на пару) и курица/сосиски, омлет/яичница, панкейки.

Cons:

Тонкие стены: просыпались от петухов, которых разводят рядом; слышно, что делают в соседнем номере; отдельное впечатление добавил корпоратив в соседнем кафе.
До пляжа идти 1 километр, пляж грязный от отходов отелей на первой линии
В номере нет шкафов
