Pros:

The location, the bed was comfi and nice views from the room. The staff was also helpful

Cons:

Horrible smell in my room, not very clean. The gym is non existent (really poor and dirty). The hotel is not in a good condition unfortunately made me feel uncomfortable, the comunal toilets imposible to use . Also allowed to smoke in the corridors and the lift... I didn't understand this , it make it smell even worse.

Хороший отель для проживания.
Очень добрый и отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки простые, но очень вкусные и сытные, всегда свежие фрукты и овощи, отличные оладьи. Уборка и питьевая вода предоставляются каждый день. Отель удобно расположен рядом с основной туристической улицей - рядом много кафе и магазинов. Считаю, что это отличный отель по соотношению к цене.

Cons:

Есть небольшие проблемы со звукоизоляцией в случае если Ваши соседи громко общаются.

Amazing staff 👏
Pros:

I have to change my hotel because was horrible 😫 so the reception staff even check for himself the room which he gave me. And was amazing 👏 🤩 clean, comfortable bed. Nice space..
After 2 nights there i have a problem with my stomach so they allow for me to stay longer in the same room.
STAFF - WELL DONE 👏

Cons:

Breakfast could be much better :) and swimming are could be cleaned!!!

Tất cả: vị trí trong hẻm nhỏ, view lụp xụp không hướng biển, vệ sinh tệ nhất là mùi khai trong nhà tắm, trang bị sơ sài bằng đồ đạc tạm bợ, chỉ là chỗ nghỉ tạm như homestay hay hostel, giá cao, ví dụ sàn gạch giả gỗ, rèm 1 lớp, bồn vệ sinh trung quốc tậm tịt, đến đầu giường cũng là gỗ tạp đóng lại

Хороший отель на пару ночей
Pros:

Расположение в самом центре, 5-7 минут до Кинг-Конга. В номерах чисто, удобные матрасы и подушки, завтраки очень скромные, но поесть хватало, кофе невкусный почему-то, бассейн очень маленький, я бы на него не рассчитывала. До моря идти прилично, минут 15. Но оно грязное (были в феврале), пожили здесь 4 ночи, уехали на Онг Ленг, там чисто. В целом Фукуок то место, где нужно во всех частях острова пожить по 4-5 ночей, если вы планируете сюда на долгий период или по путевке, не советую, в центре все дорого и грязное море рядом, пожить пару ночей чтобы посмотреть достопримечательности рядом. Но это не относится к отелю, отель за эти деньги неплохой)

Nice rooms but definitely not perfect and had some issues here and there
Pros:

The room was nice, pretty and bright. We were close to many restaurants, shops and a King Kong. Most things are in walking distance. The front-desk staff are willing to help you book tours, and it's 24/7 service.

Cons:

The toilet in our room leaked a bit when it was flushed. Our main light switches wouldn't work and didn't turn off our lights unless we took out the key card, which would completely cut off electricity. It took multiple follow-ups with hotel staff to eventually fix the issue. Also, some of our key cards wouldn't work with our door. Finally, the laundry service can take quite a while, so make sure you allocate enough time. When I called to ask when it was done (it had already been more than a day), staff said it was coming up in 5 minutes, but I actually received my laundry the next day in the afternoon, which was very misleading. Wifi was sadly very slow.

Good mattress (basic thing to check in Vietnam!)

Hotel needs renovation !!
The days we stayed (which is peak season for phu quoc) they were hanging outside our windows to paint the building so we could never have our curtains open !!
The noise was very loud while they were working outside
And during the night we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of the air conditioning generator (and we had it off!!!)

polite staff, good check out time, pool for kids, decent breakfast, included airport pick up with a name plate

Cons:

They only mop the floors—no vacuum—so small particles and grains stay behind, meaning the floor still feels dirty and you can’t comfortably walk barefoot even right after cleaning.
They also skimp on toiletries: you get just one tiny 10 ml bottle each of very worn-looking shower gel and shampoo (clearly reused/refilled many times) for three people—and ours weren’t even topped up.

Staff were very nice and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc.
Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, could have kept food hotter and fruit more varied but overall it was good. They made eggs to order which was great.

Cons:

Pool. Not clean, zero shade so really impossible to sit around. Shade cloths would make a huge difference.
Room refrigerator was not cold so food would spoil quickly, luckily only milk and snacks so not a huge deal .

Этот отель совсем не подходит для отдыха и сна

Cons:

Ужасный отель, шумоизоляции совсем нет, слышно всё что происходит за стеной в соседнем номере, а ночью начинают лаять собаки, затем в 5 утра к ним подключается петух и это все продолжается до 7 утра очень-очень громко слышно, даже если ты на 8 этаже. Спать разумеется не надейтесь в этом отеле, он не подходит для отдыха совершенно. Если уж решились, берите с собой беруши!!!
Номера старые и некрасивые, неуютно. Шкафов нет, одежду с чемодана выложить некуда
Единственный плюс это завтрак, он хороший и с хорошим видом. Расположение в пешей доступности от кинг конга -7 минут, до пляжа 10 минут. Этот пляж один из самых нормальных и чистых на острове. Больше ничего в это районе нет

В принципе было неплохо, оценку поставил бы выше, если бы уборщики не воровали деньги.

Стоит лишь оставить чемодан открытым - можете попрощаться с частью денег, естественно ничего не докажешь , поэтому если решите остаться в этом отеле, то держите деньги под замком
