Es war ein unerwarteter Traumurlaub.
Pros:

Uns hat der Service über alle Maßen überrascht. Zum Beispiel haben wir bei dem Vermieter nachgefragt, ob wir 2 Tennisschläger ausleihen oder mieten können und er hat kurzerhand 2 Schläger und ein paar Bälle gekauft und uns am nächsten Morgen einfach vorbeigebracht. Kostenlos!!!
Auch sonst ist das Appartement #36 super ausgestattet. Es war über alles Notwendige in der Küche über Waschmaschine und Trockner alles da. 4 Strandstühle, 1 Sonnenschirm, Tennisschläger, 4 Minigolfschläger (?) und Bälle, Eimer, Schaufeln, Kühlbox.......usw. Super!
Das Gebäude und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wir auch noch weiter gepflegt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Nur......unser Aufenthalt war zu Kurz.... Aber das ist ja unsere Schuld :-)
Spaß beiseite. Es war alles Top! wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder (100%).

THIS WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE..............

The first night was awful ....beds were too HIGH for my elderly family had to sleep on the couch which wasn't comfortable. Awful night 1st night no SLEEP> Zahair did help as best he could. WE to move to another unit LOWER floor so..a double move of clothes etc. That unit was better in the sense that it had "norma" beds, better everything except some light bulbs that were burned out. Didn't care about that. But the NOISE started .MONDAY/Tues/Wed 9:00am-4:30-5 PM east DAY! Grinding the sidewalks up at the 2nd fl elevators!!GRINDING /GRINDING/GRINDING...TERRIBLE! WE COULDN'T USE THE ELVEATORS...I called Monday am Zah said they will be done around noon and then moving to 1st fl?? NEVER HAPPENED!! They should have noted online 'CONSTRUCTION or CONCRETE GRINDING " GOING ON ALL WEEK...NOISE so we would have chosen another location.

THEN 5 adults/1 kid moved in on 3rd fl Sun-Wed ...RUNNING early am THE KID, ADULTS it seemed were heavily walking for hrs and hrs. Was just not normal...kid running early am across condo till 11 pm or so was nuts! I wasn't going to go up and asked to quiet it down. SO.....

No, won't be using booking anymore

Flot strand og centralt beliggende

Cons:

Vi havde valgt huset bl.a. på grund af tennisbanen men den var ude af drift og ikke meldt ud
Der kunne godt have været et surf bord i lejligheden - fremfor man skulle leje - tror mange ville have værdsat dette

Exceptional
Pros:

The whole experience was amazing. The Towers is in an excellent location. We were right on the beach. We never had to leave if we didn't want to. It was peaceful, and no loud neighbors like it would be at a hotel. I diffentely want to go back to the same unit.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the TV in the master bedroom was old and while we were streaming we couldn't get it to work but then realized eventually you had to go to settings and change it to 720 instead of 1080. The tv couldn't support it with a picture otherwise.

In the future when coming to Florida, I plan on making this my go-to.

It was a great experience and we loved it.
Pros:

The location, beach access, pool, and room was wonderful. Great environment for a family vacation. We loved the vibe of the condo and decor.

Cons:

Some cleaning feedback. Floors did not appear to be cleaned very well (black feet shortly after entering and walking around barefoot). There was hair shavings and spilled soap from past guests still in the master shower.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location. Beach was great, swimming pool was well maintained. The rest of the condo was dated but in ok condition. Master Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.

The property was exactly what we see in the pictures and in the description and that is what we why we chose it for our vacation and we like it. The heated pool was great and convenient for the chilly weather.

Was very happy with our choice to stay at the Towers. 10 out of 10 will rent again from the Towers!

Liked that it was close to beach and a lot of the attractions of Cocoa Beach!

That the pool closed to early. Need more blankets.
