Location was great. Staff was helpful and kind.
Room was a bit dirty and dark (no ceiling light). For a few days in a row, housekeeping would clear the used towels but not replace them, meaning I had to call reception a couple of times to get towels delivered.
Room sound proofing does not exist. You could hear baby crying from your neighbours, people talking, etc. Also, Slow shower drainage

Nothing, really the worst hotel, ASTON not doing well
1. Noisy, street noises cars +motorcycle like in your head
2. No privacy, you can hear your neighbors
3. When you 1st check in they will offer you small room other than the you actually booked, if you complain they will change it to as what you have booked
4. Breakfast is Asian food 100%
5. Rooms are smaller than you expect

The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a fresh atmosphere that makes it feel almost spotless. Every corner is spotless, feels very welcoming, the room is so comfortable, and hygienic experience for me and my colleagues.

The employees at the loby and reception desk are friendly and diligent.We like the welcome drink.Dinner is delicious.The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.My friend left something they kept it.Thank you very much Hotel Neo Gajah Mada.
At breakfast,the staff seems to lack . experience when keep asking for the room number and repeatly asking for the name and not finding it.Need a senior staff to help.
The location,the parking and the food from the hotel restaurant especially the nasi ayam ngantuk.hotel is near the indomaret store.
