Not worth the money.
Pros:

Clean. The ac was turned on when we were checking in. That made it odourless. Accessible to tg. Lompat beach. Great.

Cons:

The tv rack in D20506 is bout to fall off the wall. The furniture is mostly old and creaking. Bedding is not soft. Lift is smelly, wet and dirty.

Room not to clean. Found "lipas" in room. I already pay for stay. But ask another RM 54 because i bring extra 1 person(3rd person). FO said they counting perhead even though room is big & enough to stay 6 person. Bullshit.. 1st & last to come...

Not bad. With this reasonable price, considered good. Staff also friendly. Place was clean. Just facilities not much.

The beach was nearby

Cons:

The room and facilities were rundown.
Pls check the Aircon as it was not working however when staff came to check, they mentioned it's working.

Overall still okay to stay.
Pros:

The room big, comfortable.

Cons:

There is only one bottle of mix shampoo/bath, not enough hanger for clothes. Outside air cond not cold. Bathroom do not have place to hanging the clothes.

Overall, a comfortable and peaceful stay with good facilities
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a short stay. The pool area is well maintained with three pools, and the beach is nearby and quite wide, perfect for relaxing walks. WiFi connection was also stable during the stay.

Cons:

Additional pillows were not provided by default and had to be requested with additional charges, which was a bit inconvenient. Mobile network coverage, especially Celcom, was quite slow in the area.
