Above average but not perfect
Pros:

Room is good, but bathroom need much needed maintenance. Shower curtain was missing. Health fauchet holder was about to break. Hot water was not coming or it was not hot at all. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed on sofa. We booked dinner and breakfast. Both was provided and food was good but nothing was buffet. We have to decide in few things and limited things are served. I was expecting atleast buffet breakfast.
Cleanliness of room and better maintenance of bathroom, windows, tv, etc. are required. Sofa was not very clean and small spiders were many in the room. Location is good and many restaurants including barbeque nation, etc. are near by and if you are opting for room without food also it should be okay as malls and restaurants are few meters away only.

Solo traveler's - Bunk bed stay
Pros:

I am a solo bike traveler and had booked bunk bed here in Hotel Kamla Palace, The hotel is in densely populated area. However, the hotel and facilities were good inside.

Pros:

We had checked in just before midnight as our journey was delayed.The hotel was informed and they kept our food ready in our room.This was a really nice gesture from their part.The rooms were nothing fancy..basic stuff,no electric kettle.The breakfast was great.It was made to order and was really sumptuous.
Overall a good hotel for just spending the night.
