It made a great meeting area for our family to meet at before going to activities since everyone was at different places
Pros:

We like the vicinity of the hotel as its just blocks from our son’s. Easy to get to. I stayed here two separate times and had different experiences. When I went in April I went by myself. I felt safe and the staff was cordial and helpful.

Cons:

When I went a week ago we were in a room right by the weight room, and I swear people had to be in and out of there all night. When I checked in they told me it would be quiet as the outside door by our room wasn't working to get in, but could still go out. I don't know that we really slept much the two nights we were there. We were also a little disappointed in breakfast although still better than a lot of places.

Close to the hospital that I was in down for. Friendly staff at the desk.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Wasn't swept, vacuumed. Shower was dirty and leaked and didnt work correctly.

Bed was comfortable and location was good.

Cons:

Appeared clean but carpets were really stained everywhere and smell of leave in carpet powder was really strong, almost checked right back out due to this. Light bulbs in some lamps were burnt out and one plug was not even in the wall. Shower had orangeish slimy spots at bottom where it hadn't been cleaned.
