Ужастное отношение к бронированию

Ничего

Cons:

Нас не заселили в забронированные номера🤬так как они были кем то заняты,при этом списаны 153 евро…
Нам дали другую гостиницу , но там мини номера, грязная постель, душ разбит просто ужас , сыро и холодно
Очень печально как они встречают гостей …
И деньги никто не вернет за бронь …
Не рекомендую!!

Pros:

Se portaron muy bien, íbamos tres amigas y nos cambiaron a una habitación de 2 camas individuales y una de matrimonio.
La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda.
La ubicación del hotel es de lo mejor, a 10 minutos andando de La Mezquita Azul, por los alrededores muchos bares, tiendas, y la estación de Sirkeci al lado, ferry 10 minutos, tranvía 3 minutos.

Cons:

No le doy un 10 por el desayuno, no es muy Europeo, me faltaron tostadas.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko mostu Galata.
Blisko do Hagia Sophia i Błękitnego Meczetu.
W pobliżu bardzo dużo restauracji, kawiarni, apteka, kantory, biura podróży, etc.
Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła.
Personel jest bardzo pomocny.
Dobre śniadanka- warzywa, sery, bułeczki.

Cons:

Jedynym mankamentem był zapach w łazience- pod umywalką były kulki zapachowe. Może to moje subiektywne odczucie, że ten zapach jest niemiły :)

Cons:

Breakfast is poor a little bit but it’s same in all Istanbul hotels also I recommend to be start from 7 am instead of 8 am
