La posizione ottimale e lo staff di una disponibilità incredibile. Devo coscientemente citare Shadi, Muharrem e Apo per la massima e paziente disponibilità; dalla rapida sostituzione di camera all'aiutarmi per soluzioni alle mie richieste con consigli e addirittura accompagnandomi di persona alla biglietteria per un rapido acquisto di una carta trasporti o farmi il check in on line per il mio volo di rientro. L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica permettendo l'utilizzo di mezzi pubblici che transitano a non più di 200 metri, raggiungere a piedi in 10 minuti Eminonu e Sultanamhet. Struttura storica ma ben tenuta e ben ristrutturata, stile ottomano

J’ai eu une expérience très difficile pendant mon voyage à Istanbul où je suis tombé malade dès le premier jour de mon séjour, j’étais surprise de l’immense aide et la gentillesse incroyable du personnel de cet hôtel, des gens très humains et serviables. Y avait même une dame très sympa qui me préparait des soupes pendant mon rétablissement 🥹
Ils ont aussi beaucoup aidé mes parents qui ne parlait pas ni anglais ni turc et j’ai trouvé ça incroyablement gentil, on était comme a la maison.
L’hôtel est super bien situé et bien équipé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

بالرغم من أنه في اول يوم الماء الساخنة لم تصلنا ولكن تم اصلاح المشكلة سريعاً.. ما يلفت الانتباه هو استجابة موظفو الاستقبال السريعة لحل اي مشكلة او اي تساؤل عندك فقد كانوا بشوشين الابتسامة على وجوههم ويريدون فقط ان تكون مرتاحا في اقامتك وجاهزون للمساعدة في اي شيء تطلبه.. الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء. ديكور الغرفة جميل.. أخص بالشكر مدير الفندق السيد عبد الله على لطافته ومساعدته الكبيرة وحرصه على راحتنا والسيد شادي ايضاً والسيد محمد كل موظفو الاستقبال كانوا بمثابة اخوة..

I had a wonderful stay at Istasyon Hotel in Istanbul from 20–22 June. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. A special thank you to Mohamad from the reception team for his warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever needed. He truly made our stay more pleasant. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

We were happy with our decision to stay here

the location is great, just away from the hectic streets. We had the room with balcony, with a nice few. The staff was more than eager to support with every request.

Cons:

It is in the old town, so it was not to spacious. But it makes up with charm. And there is no avoiding the mosques.

Die Lage ist perfekt , Marmaray ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sowie auch die Metro .
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und tägl. frisch zubereitet . Besonders sehr gefiel uns die selbstgemachten Teigwaren, ein Lob an Altin und Cihan . Die Zimmern waren ebenfalls sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt .

Отель находится в очень хорошем месте, все в шаговой доступности. Метро, трамвай, тысячи кафе и магазинов. До Босфора 4 минуты пешком. По нашей просьбе нам поменяли номер на лучший и без дополнительных оплат. Номера большие и просторные. Сама гостиница очень чистая, завтраки отличные и разнообразные. Весь персонал очень дружелюбный, в течении дня постоянно угощают кофе и чаем, спасибо ребятам Мухаммад, Абдулла, Алтын, Джихан так как они сделали все для нашего комфорта. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and made exploring the area incredibly easy. The breakfast was a nice addition to our mornings, but what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They were all super accommodating and friendly throughout our entire visit.

​A special thanks goes to Mohamad, who went completely above and beyond for us. He even arranged an airport shuttle for our friends who were staying at a different hotel, which was incredibly generous. We couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
