Pros:

Comfortable and a good price but only via booking.com and other 3rd party sites. Bad value booking direct. Reasonably clean.

Cons:

There is one staff member that always gives me a hard time accomodations wise. Sandy i think her name is. My remote did not allow me to access the TV inputs and she tried to claim they changed all the tvs to that remote so there was no substitute which i know for a 100% first hand knowledge fact to be false. Had to get my room changed, and my new room kept having power outages/surges. But at least it had a better remote.
