the location. that's about it.

Cons:

first of all we drove 7 hrs with an infant. we get to the property and was greeted by rudeness. The lobby smelled like pure pot and mildew. we decided to cxl our reservations. I contacted the property and Booking.com and nothing.

I felt uncomfortable and unsafe at this property and if I had been alone I would have left.

Once in the room it was clean

Cons:

This is obviously being used to home displaced or homeless people. No one was at the front desk when I arrived or left and took some time for someone to show up once I called. They were less than pleasant once they arrived. It should be noted on website that this hotel is being used as long term stay/home for displaced people some of whom appeared to have mental health issues. People hanging around entrance smoking. Also noisy so I didn’t get much sleep.

Very great staff performance
Pros:

All of the staff members were all exceptional very good hospitality love the cleanliness of the entire building most of the staff went over and beyond their job duties would recommend them again and probably will come back to stay

I like was it was. At the desk they was very nice.

Cons:

It was ok but the noise on top of our room was not good, walking hard sound like stoning. And didn't enough wash clothes.

Pros:

I love this hotel. The rooms are so pretty and modern with full kitchens. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the floors, including the hallways and stairwells are all great bc they are wood which I love bc it is more sanitary and easy to clean as opposed to carpeting. The windows have wood blinds as opposed to drapes. There are cameras everywhere the property is secure and safe and all the doors are secured with keyed entry. The staff, including housekeeping are wonderful and particular in the detail. Overall, it is a really great and safe property!

Cons:

I wish they allowed cats, I was in the process of apartment searching and I had to leave my cat with a family member. It would of help me a lot otherwise.

It was fine but not memorable at all.
Cons:

The mattress and box spring were not great. The TV controls and channel listing were not really intuitive.
