Excellent staff and room, zero wifi.
Pros:

You advertise free WiFi but do not provide it. There was no WiFi, and I was not made aware of that before paying for the room. This is unacceptable.

Room was good size, amenities were nice(full size refrigerator, hot plates)

Cons:

The odor in the elevator and hallway was nauseating; fortunately it wasn’t in our room.

Bad experience
Pros:

We never had any breakfast. The hotel is not quite quiet so disturbing the bed is body pain bad service.

Cons:

People make noise a lot. People are moving around Land because the hotel is like switch apartment. Some people are living there permanently so they make noise in the night and day.
