Beautiful hotel, close to everything
Pros:

Upon arrival, the front desk lady was so accommodating, nice, and very polite. We had great conversations.

Was fine for one night
Pros:

I liked the separate bedroom and kitchenette space. The living room was big enough for us to not be on top of each other.

Cons:

The couch and pillow had a smell to them, the body soap pump didn’t work in The shower and the pool was freezing then closed!

The location was excellent to get to everything.

Cons:

The breakfast was not that great. The second day we were there we decided to eat at Golden Coral due to the bad quality of the food at the hotel.
They allowed kids in the floor above us to run in the hallways and in their room ALL night! We called the front desk at 9:30pm to let them know about the excessive amount of running and it kept going until 2am!

Great decision that we stayed here instead of nearby hotels.
Pros:

Staff were accommodating and cordial. Rooms were clean and we love the breakfast. It was simple but satisfying.

Cons:

The pool was not heated. We were told the heater was broken, otherwise we had a nice experience.

Pros:

Loved the hotel. Rooms were great. I stayed in the bedroom suite. Pleny of space. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. Loved the location. Loads of places to shop and eat.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

The main thing I loved was the staff. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere else where the staff was so nice and kind. We stayed there for 4 nights and every employee we came across had such a great attitude! The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Pros:

The fire place was a very good atmosphere to sit out there and relaxing enjoying a hlass of wine. Staff was very polite. The only thing was that housekeeping lady, all she when asked if she can refresh the room, all that was done was bed. We stayed for 3 nights
