The property itself was fine, just a little bit of black mold in the bathroom above the shower should be taken care of before. It’s rented again. Too many people outside smoking pot day and night. I realize it’s legal in New Jersey, but still it was a bit much to walk out in the morning and at night and smell pot.

I had the worst experience in my life. It’s a disgusting hotel. I checked in, when I went to the room it was extremely dirty, dust everywhere where, hair on the bed. I attached some photos as an example, but believe me it was even worse. I went to the receptionist to ask to clean the room, she offered me different room. Just I opened the door, a big centipede was on the floor. It was alive.
The receptionist saw it as she was with me. I told her I have a baby ( less than 1 year) so I can’t stay here, it’s unsafe. I want to cancel the reservation and get my money back. I did not stay in the hotel ( by the way, not qualified to call it “hotel”)
She said ok, but we need the manager approval.
She gave me the office number. I called the next day as the manager was not there.
They did not respond to me, many many calls. Then finally they responded and informed me that the manager is off and I need to contact booking.com.
I was already in touch with booking.com. They tried their best to help but but but this horrible hotel refused.
Oh, forgot to mention, in the reception, there was big cigar and ashes on the floor.
Not recommended at all.
I have travelled a loooot, never saw as bad as this hotel.

The bed was much to soft

The refrigerator was not working. Desk attendant said Facilities would be there the next day. New attendant said he'd arrive on Monday. So the food we brought thatcneeded refrigeration was a bust.

Unloading the pullout couch, it was noted there were no sheets or pillows. Called downstairs and informed i had to pick them up because there was no staff.

I made note that one of the seat cushions had some pink candy stains and I wanted it noted that I did not cause it.

Lastly, at checkout I inquired about the discount the first day attendant said would be provided due to day 1's no refrigerator which then turned into two days. The 3rd different attendant noted that she could not apply any changes as I did not book the room directly with the hotel.

All three attendants were very warm and professional.

Je n'ai rien aimé dans ce hotel, je donne zéro sur 10 je ne recommanderai jamais ce hotel à personnes.

J’ai pas apprécié le fait que y avait plein de cafards dans la chambre

Everything else was a letdown

Everything, staff, rooms are brilliant, all residents were so friendly and kind.
