Hotel Céntrico en Santa Fe con buena relación costo-beneficio.

Bien ubicado y una relación costo beneficio aceptable.

Cons:

No hacían una buena limpieza de las habitaciones, no ponen ni una botella de agua cuando llegas y las únicas dos que habían estaban bajo llave en el minibar. La actitud del room service no era la mejor, el desayuno no era muy bueno aunque el servicio del personal del Restaurante fue lo mejor, muy amables todos.

Pros:

Santa Fe area is very nice but everything area walking distance of hotel closes at 8 pm. Even Starbucks. Uber is very difficult to get within 15 minutes. Most important the WiFi service is very slow.

La experiencia en el AC Marriott Santa Fe de México. Por un lado el Gerente, Gerardo una persona muy gentil y agradable que con mucha profesionalidad resolvió un inconveniente sobre la habitación. Muchas gracias nuevamente.

En el comedor tuve la peor y más desagradable experiencia de toda mi vida como turista. Me he alojado, no menos de 15 veces en la cadena de hoteles AC, previo a esta me alojé a comienzos de agosto en un AC en Ottawa. Muy buena experiencia. En este hotel AC Marriot Santa Fe, Ciudad de México, es la tercera vez que me alojaba con mi familia. El episodio totalmente inaceptable y más desagradable que he tenido como turista. Juan Carlos un mesero que no le interesa su trabajo, respetar y mucho menos atender con agrado. Nos alojamos por 8 días en el hotel, 5 de los cuales desayunamos en su restaurante. El chef muy amable, la persona del bar- caja muy amable y en general positivo. El día martes al igual que los 5 dias previos optamos por desayuno a la carta no el buffet. Pedimos unos huevos estrellados y unos huevos revueltos. Ambos venían acompañados con tortillas (totopos) y frijol, le indicamos al mesero que nos atendió que si era posible cambiar la tortilla y frijoles por pan tostado. Cuando vinieron con la cuenta a cobrar creo que el jefe de mesoneros este señor JUAN CARLOS, que ya habíamos visto varios días antes como con mala cara, trajo la cuenta que indicaba que incluía desayuno buffet, cuando le dije no tomamos buffet sino dos platos de huevos a la carta y del buffet únicamente el pan cuadrado con mantequilla ( habiendo preguntado antes al mesero que si era posible hacerlo cambiar por pan tostado con mantequilla y nos indicó que si). Este señor Juan Carlos me trajo la calculadora para indicarme que pagar los panes por separado me saldría más caro que pagar por un buffet. En qué hotel del mundo te dan un desayuno con huevo sin pan y mantequilla, además de haberlo preguntado previamente.

Pros:

We love this hotel. It's friendly, warm, clean, and the staff are helpful. But, one of the main reasons we visit this hotel is the beautiful warm clean swimming pool, and the hotel now decides not to heat the pool. It's cold. Not tepid, or lukewarm, but cold. Uncomfortably cold. I could barely swim 2 lengths before I had to get out. I informed reception and they explained the hotel does not heat the pool any more! What an absolute shame. We'll be staying at alternative hotels in the future.
