Buena ubicación en Santa Fe, en general buen hotel
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones. En general la estancia estuvo muy bien, los empleados en general muy amables y lo que se solicitaba intentaban resolverlo.
El restaurante estaba bueno y la comida adecuada en precios y calidad.

Cons:

Solo ciertos detalles de la limpieza de la habitación no fueron buenos, no se hicieron las camas a profundidad ni se dejaron toallas suficientes. También el hotel anuncia que pueden darte una cuna la cual no nos dieron.

Buena estancia
Pros:

La comida fue muy buena, la atención de la chica de recepción muy atenta, tuvimos un tema en la entrega de la habitación y nos dio solución y reposición del tiempo.

Cons:

El incidente de la entrega tardía de la habitación y que decía en la descripción que la tina es de hidromasaje y no solo es tina normal.

Hotel Céntrico en Santa Fe con buena relación costo-beneficio.

Bien ubicado y una relación costo beneficio aceptable.

Cons:

No hacían una buena limpieza de las habitaciones, no ponen ni una botella de agua cuando llegas y las únicas dos que habían estaban bajo llave en el minibar. La actitud del room service no era la mejor, el desayuno no era muy bueno aunque el servicio del personal del Restaurante fue lo mejor, muy amables todos.
