New, clean, great
Pros:

We drive across country frequently, and always have trouble finding a good hotel in this area. Problem solved. This hotel is new, clean, and had everything. No complaints. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Great when not flooded with kids.
Pros:

We stayed there for our son’s “matching day” from Toledo School of Medicine. The building the ceremony was in is about 10 minutes away. This was in march 2026. Nice, large room! Clean. Two comfy queen beds, Good size fridge, Microwave, utensils everything we needed. a/c was a little noisy and if set to low put out a frigid wave of air. You want to be in an even numbered room to be on the quiet side. The odd numbers face a UPS terminal. We were in room 314. Decent breakfast.

Thursday night was great! Dead quiet. Never heard a thing. Slept wonderfully.

Friday night the place was packed with high school kids for lacrosse and other sport tournaments. Yelling, screaming, running in the rooms and up and down the halls. Knocking on doors and running away. Didn’t quiet down until after 1:00 am. Not much sleep involved. Calling the desk would probably only have made things worse. We were in room 214. Try for a higher room than that.

Very comfortable
Pros:

Friday was good and had a meat choice which I enjoy. Saturday had no meat, only gravy. I was a little disappointed

Cons:

No meat on Saturday.
Shower handle was too tight

The grills have been out of service for a month. How hard would it be to go to Home Depot and buy a $135 grill?

Pros:

There will be no more booking online from me I'll be walking in purchasing my room to receive any type of perks that I can get not only that I haven't been receiving my points coming to you guys

Cons:

The staff the facility not the booking I was taken advantage of I want to save between 40 to $60 that's why I made my stay shorter

A clean, comfortable night's stay with all the amenities you typically expect in a good hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, and the offerings were plentiful. The location was a little awkward, as it is in the lobby. There were people sitting around waiting for others but not eating breakfast and it was taking up space from those trying to find a table to sit and eat properly.

Cons:

While the hotel was in a very convenient location being just off I90, a couple of the other hotels right across the street were rather questionable. Passing right by the entrances, it was readily apparent that they "entertained" more of a local clientel who weren't there for a good night's sleep.
