Mooie kamer in historisch pand , uitgebreid ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontvangst met glas cava. Mooie kamer met balkon met uitzicht op hoofdstraat. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie lounge. Uitchecken gepaard met cadootje.

Cons:

Balkon moet wat onderhouden worden maar is echt een detail. Rest van het gebouw in prima staat.

L'hôtel est de très bon confort, les chambres bien équipées avec produits de qualités. Le petit-déjeuner est complet avec beau buffet et service à table pour certains services.

Waardeloze ontvangst en ronduit liegen en onbeschoft
Pros:

De ontvangst was ronduit onbeschoft. Voor controle werd identificatie met bv paspoort gevraagd. Dat is prima. Er werd gesteld dat er een kopie van het paspoort gemaakt moest worden wat ik nadrukkelijk weigerde. Het mag ook wettelijk in België niet. Door de medewerker werd gezegd dat dit verplicht is in België. Ik heb dat opgezocht en het mag dus nadrukkelijk wettelijk niet. De medewerkster nam het paspoort plotseling mee naar een aparte ruimte deed de deur dicht en maakte toch een kopie die volgens een mannelijke medewerker extern digitaal wordt opgeslagen en na een week weer vernietigd. Wat voor zin heeft het dan? De mannelijke medewerker vond het ook nog nodig om mij kleinerend en onbeschoft toe te spreken, we waren tenslotte in België zei hij en ging gewoon weg. Liegen en bedriegen noem ik dat en ronduit onbeschoft gedrag. 4 sterren in iedergeval niet voor de ontvangst en gastvrijheid.

No warm water in the shower :-( . Rooms are a bit small and like lacking space (if you open a door you cannot pass anymore)
