Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrazioni, taxi sempre disponibili a bordo hotel con prezzi molto buoni. Colazione molto abbondante di ottima qualità e varia, e personale molto disponibile e gentile. Fornito di due ascensori. Letti comodissimi. Il WC come in molte altre strutture che ho trovato in Izmir è dotato di rubinetto interno, cosa molto apprezzabile in assenza di bidé.
Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, mancavano i fazzoletti di carta nel bagno e nei corridoi c'era spesso confusione, tuttavia questo non dipende dall'hotel ma dall'educazione delle persone.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachfrage haben Sie uns Tipps gegeben , wo wir lecker essen können und welche Orte wir erkundigen können. Das Frühstück war entsprechend in Ordnung die Lage war sehr zentral. Wir waren 12 Personen in diesem Hotel und wir waren alle zufrieden. Kommen gerne wieder 👍🏻

Wybrałem hotel ze względu na silownie w ofercie. Okazało się, ze to dosłowna ruina - nieotwierana, niesprzatana i nienaprawiana miesiące. Obsługa byla zaskoczona pytaniem o godziny otwarcia. Pokoje byly ciemne, a z kanalizacji unosił sie smród po każdym skorzystaniu z prysznica.
The Breakfast was ok but could have done with a menu for cooked breakfast, the location was in close proximity to the shops and a few restaurants
I had been to the hotel on three separate occasions and the hotel has no spa or gym as advertised now and the pool area is very run down, as is the rest of the hotel, for the price you pay you can get a much better hotel elsewhere.
My room was nice and clean and good size. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I stayed only 1 night, but it is nothing to complain about. I was very happy with service. Thank you

WiFi was not working properly
This hotel does not meet 4-star standards. I’ve traveled extensively in Istanbul and internationally. I experienced somel issues during my stay:
Check-in experience: When I arrived, the manager was manning the front desk alone and was in an intense discussion with another staff member. I waited about a minute before even being acknowledged at an empty reception.
Missing basic check-in information: Bell boys were the best part of the hotel. I wasn’t given Wi-Fi details or breakfast timings at check-in—information I only received because the bell boy volunteered it.
Breakfast quality: On the first day, breakfast only offered boiled eggs. When I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, I was told that other egg types can be ordered—but there was no sign or communication to inform guests about this. I skipped breakfast for the remaining days.
Room temperature control: Izmir weather fluctuated during my stay, and the hotel uses a central system with a fixed heating/cooling mode. I couldn’t choose heat vs. cool for my room. I was told that changing my room’s setting would change the entire floor’s temperature. Even 3-star hotels in Turkey typically allow individual AC mode control.
Room replenishment issues: I twice requested both coffee and coffee mugs. Both times, the elderly housekeeper arrived with only coffee. Due to language barriers, I couldn’t explain that it was a front desk oversight, and I felt bad having to send him back for the mugs.
Room condition: The sofa had cigarette burn marks despite the room being non-smoking.
To be fair, some front desk staff were kind, and they did send a fruit tray as a damage-control gesture. However, the hotel has several areas that need improvement to meet proper 4-star standards
