Heerlijk,
Pros:

Parkeren kon in de garage, met de lift was je gelijk in het hotel. Mooie kamer, lekker bed, lange brede tafel. Mooi schoon. Geweldige badkamer met een brede lange wastafel.
Om de hoek zit een supermarkt en je kunt er broodjes eten of een warme maaltijd. Het zit onder de parkeergarage en met die lift zit je weer in de parkeergarage van het hotel. Aardige mensen achter de receptie . 15 minuutjes gelopen tot hartje centrum.

Cons:

Het parkeren is hier erg duur. Met korting betaal je €20,00 tot 12 uur de volgende dag.
Ik mis koffie/ thee op de kamer. Beneden is tegen een borg van €20,00 een waterkoker te leen.
Op 5 hoog is het een uitzicht over de daken en op het balkon van huizen die er tegenover liggen, niet geweldig maar dat hangt van je kamer af neem ik aan.
Ook niet fijn : de tv die steeds af sloeg en geen enkel Nederlands kanaal heeft zo dicht over de grens. Terwijl er genoeg Nederlanders zijn. Andersom is dit wel het geval.

Ideaal hotel middenin Düsseldorf.
Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend. Parkeren op de tweede verdieping voor de deur is ook ideaal.
De kamer was netjes en ruim genoeg.

Cons:

Het tijdelijke derde bed had een te dun matras.
Het goede ontbijt was in een erg warme zaal.

Pros:

Der Service beim Frühstück. Noch nie so fleissiges Personal erlebt! Hervorheben möchten wir Javad u. Farad, die trotz Unterbesetzung flink, leise u. höflich ihr enormes Arbeitspensum im Saal erfüllten.
Dank beiden u.auch dem fleißigen Küchenpersonal !!

Pros:

Location and airco in our room. Outside temperature was 38 celcius when we were in Duesseldorf.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was not working in the breakfast room that had a full glass wall facing the upcoming sun. But this is not to be blamed on staff. They had to work in these conditions and yet remained friendly!

Leuk verblijf gehad gaan zeker weer eens terug.
Pros:

Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Goede bedden en airco werkte zeer goed en was makkelijk te bedienen. Ontbijt was goed en de tijden voor het ontbijt waren ruim. Hotel bood parkeermogelijkheid tegen een vergoeding. Hotel lag op loopafstand van de Kö.

Cons:

Het vertrek na 2 nachten, Geen andere opmerkingen.
