Pros:

Frühstück ok, aber mit € 22 zu teuer. Kaum Obst. Kaffeemaschinen (2) viel zu langsam. Lage: in Nähe der Kö und der Altstadt, gutes Parkhaus mit Sonderpreis für Hotelgäste.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zuwenig Kleiderbügel.

Gerne immer wieder
Pros:

Ich bin seit über 2 Jahren regelmäßig im Carathotel. Gutes Hotel, gute Lage, gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist gut, hat sich aber verändert. Es wird massiv Personal eingespart, die Rezeption und die Bar muss jetzt von einer Person gemanagtes werden. Das führt zu Wartezeiten, die für ein Hotel dieser Klasse grenzwertig sind.

Sehr gute Lage - topp !
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage – zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Hotellobby ist in Ordnung und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: eine wirklich große Auswahl, es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann, und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert zwar eher an eine Kantine als an ein gemütliches Café, aber das wird durch das hervorragende Angebot und den guten Service mehr als wettgemacht. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.

Suite war kleiner als auf dem Foto.
Einrichtung sehr einfach und teilweise abgenutzt.
Hotel und Zimmern ohne Charme. Sieht alles sehr alt, einfach und abgenutzt aus. Frühstückshalle wie eine Buswartehalle.

Vielleicht wären ein paar Wegweiser auf den sehr langen Gängen angebracht, wo es zum Fahrstuhl geht.
