Great location, Great Staff and Excellent Breakfast!
Pros:

I found the breakfast to be outstanding!! It is quite understated on the Hotel website but the reality far exceeded my expectations. The Hotel staff are friendly and cannot do enough to help - excellent!

Cons:

No refrigerator or clothes iron in the hotel room.

Ein Hotel zum Empfehlen aber mit kleinen Mängeln.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels. Große Räume.
Sehr nette Mitarbeitende am Empfang.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlte an einer Lampe der Lampenschirm. Das wurde umgehend behoben.
Leider die fehlende Abdeckung für die Toilette wurde nicht repariert/geliefert.
Wir haben einen Gutschein für zwei Getränke an der Bar bekommen. Aus Zeitlichen Gründen haben wir es nicht eingelöst.

Won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms we ok.

Cons:

Constant interruption from the cleaning staff since my arrival. One staff member opened the door without knocking and asked if I wanted water. No sense of respectfulness to knock.

Centrale locatie, fijn parkeren, net hotel
Pros:

Centraal gelegen tegen Little Tokyo aan (veel restaurants), op loopafstand van de Königsallee, Altstadt en Rijn. Parkeren in de garage naast het hotel. Ruime, schone suite, met zitje en bureau. Een apart toilet en ruim tweepersoonsbed. Lobby tot 2u geopend voor drankjes.

Cons:

Drank- en snackautomaten waren leeg. Een handleiding voor de tv zou handig zijn.
