A quiet, big room meets top location
Pros:

Pretty much everything. The front desk was very helpful, the room had a decent size and no noticeable noise level.

Cons:

I would prefer having my own fridge in the room and a working safe.

Geräumiges Zimmer, modernes Hotel mit Mäkeln
Pros:

Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer, das Bett war sehr bequem, großes Zimmer mit viel Platz für Gepäck, ein großes Badezimmer mit riesigem Spiegel, großer Schreibtisch, viele Steckdosen.

In der Lobby gab es gratis Wasser und Minz/Zitronenwasser, sowie Obst zur freien Entnahme, was ich sehr nett fand.

Unkompliziertes Terminal zum Self-Check-In.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, leider hatten wir jedoch einen starken Silberfischchen Befall (Zimmer 422). Wenn im Bad mal ab und zu eines auftaucht kann ich das verstehen, hier sind sie aber in nicht gerade geringer Anzahl über den Schreibtisch gelaufen. Teilweise waren diese auch sehr groß. Da wollte man den an sich tollen, großen Schreibtisch eigentlich gar nicht nutzen, aus Angst, sich etwas mit nachhause zu schleppen. Bei Abreise habe ich dies der Rezeption gemeldet.

Sehr viele Haare von vorherigen Besuchern unter dem Leintuch am Bett.

Was ich auch schade fand, ist dass die Snack- und Getränkeautomaten im 4. Stock den ganzen Aufenthalt über nicht aufgefüllt wurden.

Teilweise kam es mir in der Lobby und im Stockwerk sehr warm vor.

Die Treppen vor dem Eingang zum Hotel waren mühsam, da ich drei schwere Koffer zu schleppen hatte. Einen ebenerdigen Zugang hätte ich nicht gesehen.

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, alles wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar oder per ÖPNV. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell und problemlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 offen, Koffer konnten problemlos aufbewahrt und abgeholt werden. Parkhaus ist direkt beim Hotel vorhanden. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Cons:

Die aufklappbare Duschwand schwingt meist auf und macht den gesamten Boden nass. Etwas problematisch empfand ich auch, dass wir zwar ein "bitte nicht stören" Schild an der Tür hatten, aber dennoch offensichtlich Personal das Zimmer betrat, während wir außer Haus waren.

Top gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr zentral, alles sauber , tolles Personal, Preis Leistung top!

Cons:

Das einzige war die Kaffee Maschine beim Frühstück. Als ich auf kalte Milch gedrückt habe kam heiße Milch raus.
