Cons:

Internet wasn't work. Stuff provided me password for internet at reception, but it didn't work at my room. Great breakfast - one coffee and croissant. Should be ordered yesterday for next day. Hotel is new, all equipment is very good

Very comfortable stay, only slightly hindered by some management choices and weak internet
Pros:

The appartment itself was amazing. All the comfort you need for a beach stay. The location was perfect as well, since we were a few minutes walk from the sea, restaurants, and shops. We were in the area for a wedding, so having a hairdressed next door was also a very welcome surprise!

Cons:

Internet was unfortunately very bad. We ended up using our phone data for everything. Not many choices for breakfast, since they didn't have a cafe/restaurant per se.
Some aspects of the management of the place make no sense. First: the app used to open doors and gates. In theory it makes sense, the convenience of not having to carry around a key you can lose. However, the app is slow, and the need for GPS and data means that it would stop working in places that you need it for, in particular in the garage, meaning it's impossible to open the gates from the garage.
Second: charging for extra toilet paper is a bit ridiculous.
Third: there's a strange miscommunication going on between what is written and what actually happens. For example, I was told I would pay the tourist tax in cash as an extra, but it turned out to already be included in the price; same situation with towels and linens. Not a bad thing, these examples, but I would suggest to management that an update of their house rules and instructions here on booking is in need to avoid guests feeling stressed over things that end up not happening.

Pros:

Friendly staff good location easy secure onsite parking.

Cons:

Wifi not very good but had to download app to get in and out of room. Big list of rules in the room. Overall we sort of had the feeling of being locked up.

Bello e strategico!
Pros:

Appartamento molto molto bello (si vedeva anche il mare) con tutti i confort, pulitissimo e spaziosissimo. Dotato anche di un posto auto in caso serva e di una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di santa Maria di leuca a piedi. Molto silenzioso perché defilato dal centro ma con accanto un delizioso tipico alimentari ed anche un bar. Valentina e Daniele sono stati davvero gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche con il nostro cagnolino. Insomma se dovessimo tornare sicuramente prenoterei qui!

Staff that speak only italian. To much of application. Imagine low batery and you can not enter into room. On other hand lot of papers. To complicated plus no english conversation.

Disappointing
Cons:

Big construction with several small apartments organized on several floors. Poor Internet connection within the room. In the hanging cabinet for the clothes cleaning stuff for the room (like mop) was stored. The bed was short and not very comfortable at all. For breakfast you have to walk 5 minutes to a bar pasticceria because the one on-site is not well furnished. Average.
