Chambre un peu trop petite pour 2 lits
Great location, clean and comfortable
The parking is really expensive
Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. Durante las cuatro noches de estancia no se realizó el aseo de la habitación ni un solo día, lo cual considero inaceptable. Además, la atención del personal fue poco amable al realizar consultas; únicamente una persona se mostró realmente servicial y dispuesta a ayudar. El desayuno era bastante básico, los alimentos se agotaban rápidamente y no los reponían, por lo que no todos los huéspedes podían disfrutar de las opciones disponibles. En general, considero que el servicio y la atención no estuvieron lo esperado. Si es por ubicación seria ideal.
Has a wonderful view
La ubicación. El baño estaba limpio.
El mini freezer de la habitación estaba dentro del closet, lo que hacía el closet inutilizable. El desayuno es hasta las 9:30, pero si ibas a las 9an ya quedaba bien poco, el desayuno no está surtido. Si tú habitación da para la calle, escucharás el ruido de los carros y motos todo el día.
It felt very homey
It was really close to everything to the Riverwalk to the Alamo it was a great location. The continental breakfast was excellent.
The one of the elevators was not working the whole time and nobody said anything and no note on the elevator and when you took the stairs you ended up outside not in the lobby. The room was on front of the hotel so all the Street noise I could hear all night long. The windows were old, single pain might want to not be on street side next time.
#1 place to stay but its always bit dirty
Bit dirty
The location was within walking distance of the convention center and Riverwalk if you prefer to walk. The breakfast was really good. The room was small, and there were steps to get to the actual floor after getting off the elevator, which made getting luggage to the room a little challenging. They may have had accessible rooms on the first floor. I was on the 7th floor. There was also a less expensive parking garage about a 7 min walk from the hotel. On the outside, it is not that inviting, but it wasn't bad.
The rooms were small. I was on the 7th floor. After I got off the elevator for the floor, I had to go up another 4 - 5 steps to get to the floor where the room was. I had luggage to carry up those steps.
Location of the hotel is excellent. The place is nice and atmospheric. The staff extremely helpful and polite. Rooms comfortable
Breakfast was awful. Quality of coffee very poor. Only waffles were ok, the rest was poor quality artificial food full of sugar. Lot of plastic, polystyrene cups and plates. No environmental awareness what so ever.
Staff was very nice and the hotel was located near the Riverwalk. There was a nice bar and restaraunt.

La relación precio - calidad - ubicación es excelente. Puedes tomar el transporte al aeropuerto a 2 cuadras del hotel y al estar en el centro de San Antonio puedes usar el transporte publico fácilmente.
El desayuno tiene poca variedad si llevas una dieta estricta podría ser un problema, pero para la mayoría es suficiente para empezar bien el dia.
