Buona soluzione vicina al centro
Pros:

Hotel nella media, senza infamia e senza lode, personale gentile, letto molto confortevole, ottima pulizia. Soluzione perfetta per un soggiorno breve. Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città.

L'arredamento della stanza un po' datato ma nessuna altra critica da fare

Ottima posizione! Il primo giorno ho avuto problemi con la WIFI ma dopo aver richiesto intervento, lo staff ha risolto tutto subito senza nessun problema nei successivi 7 giorni. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Not a good place for families.

Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff

Cons:

There were a lot of little things that added up to not make this a good experience for my family.
First off, cleanliness- upon entering the room, there was an old coffee stain on our bathroom, and I found someone’s old contact lens on our floor. The smell when we entered our floor always smelled of weed or cigarettes.
Elevator- we got stuck on the elevator…a giant fear of mine. They were able to get us out within a few minutes. Then it was in and out of service the 3 days we were there…which tells me they’re not fixing it properly and ignoring the problem.
Breakfast- very minimal choices, only 2 tables to sit at.
The rooms were small. It’s an old building and i understand changing the layout would be tricky, but the room felt like a shoebox for 4 people.

It was cute! Very historic.

Cons:

The only thing I can really say is that parking is stupid expensive, but that’s everywhere downtown. Around $40 a day. Also, there is a scent diffuser they have running in the hotel that smells SOOOO strong and it is not a pleasant scent.

Over all was great service from the people running it. As well as nice location from river walk.
Pros:

The price for parking was great. Awsome restaurant great food and services.

Cons:

Should have breakfast things available like waffle maker or pancake maker. Should have more variety of juices. As well as the rooms go better sealing to contain sound so others can't hear other people conversation. Also the bathroom needs a vent and fan since it had two windows it was hot in bathroom all the time and had to keep it shut to keep room cool. Also no extra seating like foldup chairs would been nice other than sitting on the bed all the time.
