I had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pleasant walking distance to the Riverwalk. The hotel was very eclectic.

Cons:

I did not like that. There was no parking at the hotel. And that you had to pay $45 overnight each day to park away from the hotel. The breakfast was just OK, there should be more meat options and a better eggs.

They didn't do my room for the whole 3 days I was there

I would expect my room to be done everyday for a 4-star hotel
