Great central location
Pros:

Gorgeous rooms,
Comfortable bed
Spacious bathroom
Good breakfast.
Car park worked for us, but is a walk away. You can drive to the hotel and drop bags before parking.
Great location, very central.

Cons:

Not a problem
For us but there’s no lift or air conditioning.
Some of our group thought breakfast was cold.
Price is toppy even for the location.
Check in is a bit slow as they take you up to your room, we waiting 15 mins.

Fabuleux séjour dans cet hôtel de charme à Honfleur. A refaire.
Pros:

Chambre charmante, literie extrêmement confortable, terrasse très appréciable au dernier étage.

Great location over priced for what it offers
Pros:

Location in centre of Honfleur .

Cons:

Very slow service in restaurant .
When I booed I was told I would have to book a suite to get air conditioning which was way more expensive . The small fan in our room didn’t work and leaving the windows open was noisy

We were in the annex which was away from main hotel, therefore, no easy access to facilities. Quality of towels and robes warn! A pleasant room but overpriced.

Pros:

Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié : l'emplacement idéal, le personnel accueillant, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et la literie très confortable. Mention spéciale pour le spa Thalgo, qui propose de vrais soins de qualité.

Cons:

Franchement, tout était tellement réussi que c'est déjà oublié !

We had a lovely stay in honfleur. Disappointed with attitude of some of the hotel staff (not all)
Pros:

The property was very pretty in an excellent location. Offered parking also 👍
Bed was very comfortable, with nice bed linen.

Cons:

Room was pretty but tired, paint flaking, shower continuously dripping, so had to put towels down on the floor. Also could not close shower door fully.
Whilst I hate being negative, the service in the hotel was severely lacking. We were not given instructions to find the hotel following parking, and we had to stop and ask several members of the public how to get there.
Tried ordering a drink at the bar and we were left for 45 minutes without anyone attending us. We then left.
Some staff members were bordering on rude. No smiles and failure to acknowledge. Finally we attended the breakfast room at 9.40 on day of departure to find most of the food not available, with none of it being replenished. After a lengthy wait we left.
I hope as a hotel you take these comments on board and as constructive criticism in the hope that services will improve . At the price point and star rating better is expected .

Pros:

Personnel très aimable et bienveillant
Chambres très confortables et propres.
Lieu excellent en plein centre et calme de notre côté chambre vu sur les toits.
Cela nous a pas dérangé.

Cons:

Le restaurant pas trop choix sur la carte.
Et si c'était possible de faire une carte aux prix plus allégés pour satisfaire toutes types de clientèles.

Voldeed aan onze verwachting
Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen in het historisch centrum. Alles te voet bereikbaar. Oude charme. 2 restaurants die deel uitmaken van het hotel. Le Tourbillon om de hoek gelegen, aangename setting en eerlijke keuken. La maison de Lea, gelegen in het hotel, tevens eerlijke en aangename keuken.

Cons:

Liever kamers zonder vast tapijt …
