Cons:

Very noisy street and I could hear the snoring from the other room, also all dor opening and closing.
The bed was smelly, and also there was incredibly smell in the bathroom. the room wasn’t clean at all.
I cheked out 1 day earlier and the receptionist didn’t asked the reason.

La propreté de la chambre, toutes ne se valent pas,j en ai eu deux au même prix a quelques jours d intervalles ,la première exceptionnelle avec terrasse, la seconde quelconque mais très correcte .Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel

Les tarifs, mais c était en pleine saison donc!la première chambre que j ai loué le valait largement, la seconde pas du tout mais comme un peu partout en pleine saison ,bonne adresse pour une étape pour moi

Séjour confortable et pratique
Pros:

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux ainsi que la possibilité de bénéficier d'un départ tardif à 14 h, un service très appréciable.

La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et disposait même d'un balcon. La climatisation a également été un véritable plus en cette période de fortes chaleurs. J'y ai passé une excellente nuit.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la gare d'Hendaye, ce qui est très pratique lorsque l'on arrive en train. Enfin, une agréable passerelle longeant le cours d'eau permet de rejoindre l'océan à pied. La promenade est magnifique et mérite vraiment le détour.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol concerne le bruit des trains qui passent à proximité et l'absence de commerce alimentaire à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Il faut marcher un peu pour faire quelques courses… mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! ;)

Bonjour je n' ai pas apprécié que ma chambre soit ouverte à tout le monde, pendant que je prenais le petit déjeuner.

Je n' avais pas trouvé nécessaire que ma chambre soit faite le lendemain de mon arrivée, je l' ai demandé au réceptionniste. Mais qu' elle soit grande ouverte à tout le monde. NON!!!! NON!!!!, NON!!!!
