This venue was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary!
Pros:

My husband and I traveled to Lakeview on the Lake to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The scenery was beautiful! It was quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Perfect relaxing, comfortable getaway.
Pros:

Comfortable, lots of lovely thoughtful touches to make things easier and like home; such as pegs, hooks, shelves etc. In the right places. Decor was nice, the location itself is fabulous, so quiet and restful. The owners are super helpful and nice, nothing is too much trouble.

Quick weekend trip
Pros:

Older hotel but kept in great condition and very clean.

Cons:

Only thing slightly negative was it took a while for hot water to start flowing in the shower. But it wasnt unexpected as noted the building is older.

Pros:

Great location, Jen was lovely to work with, and we love to patronize small businesses over chains whenever possible. Sometimes smaller places don’t meet the need, but Lakeview on the Lake did!

Pros:

no breakfast is provided on site.

Cons:

I guess we didn't realize there was no beach. the steps are brutal going down to the beach and especially coming back up. the view of the lake is spectacular from the property, the cabins are small and musty smelling. WE expected more for $ 277.00 per night. we did not stay the second nite due to Canadian wildfire smoke.

I wish we stayed longer!
Pros:

The property is so beautiful, resting right on the lake. It was fun to walk down the steps leading to the water. I can’t wait to come back and bring my daughter. Brian was an amazing host and so kind.

The owners were amazing, welcoming and friendly. Me and my boyfriend felt immediately at home. Our room was very comfortable and perfect for our long weekend vacation. The view of the lake and distance to everything was great! It was also great that you had access to a private entrance to the lake beach area via flight of stairs to enjoy the view of the lake as well!
