Stinky room with stained sheets. I wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

The location is good and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The whole room smelt terrible of drains as the plumbing is not installed correctly. The strong smell of faeces and vomit from the drains made it difficult to sleep and left me feeling sick.
Also the sheets and bath mat were covered in stains. I have never seen or smelt anything so gross in a hotel.

Pros:

住宿地點周邊有超市、餐廳和許多潛水店，走路約20～30分鐘可以抵達一整排的海鮮餐廳（價錢與口味見仁見智），地點算是很不錯。
可惜我們在這裡只停留了一個下午，沒有機會預約他們店內的按摩，聽說服務不錯，還能看到美麗的海景。

Cons:

我們的房間被安排在最低樓層，加上入住時間正值印尼的雨季，所以整個空間給人一種頗潮濕的感覺，進房間後也能聞到一股濕氣過重時會散發的氣味。
沒有電梯，需要自行搬運行李箱上下樓，加上樓梯又有些窄，稍微有點辛苦。

Location is perfect.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work in the room and also at the restaurant. The room I got, close to the street. It was very loud, can’t sleep without earplugs. Shower temperature is very difficult to adjust. The reception and resturant staffs barely to deal with any questions. At least they are friendly and try.

Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of things and beautiful view from the upstairs restaurant area. Nice glowy lighting in the room for nighttime. Good amount of shelving for storage.

Cons:

WiFi was pretty slow and spotty and the room was somewhat cramped, but overall a good value for the price point!

Pros:

Housekeeping every day
Staff was helpful and nice

Cons:

The first 2 night we where in a double bed room, the bathroom has mold
And the last night we changed to a twin room, the bathroom was smelly all the time plus also mold
The ac was dripping all the time

很不错，方便安排科莫多的行程，去哪里都方便
Pros:

位置非常好，离机场和码头都非常近，周围配套很全，楼顶餐厅景色巨美，食物味道也不错

Cons:

房间可以再大一些，洗澡水更烫一些，隔音提升一下

Pros:

Great location, nice view and super friendly team

Cons:

Noise from restaurant above, bathroom smelt like sewage, no water refill as all broken apart from going down to bottom floor, bathroom door hanging on by a thread. Could only have a scolding hot shower. Cold water had no pressure at all. Just all needs some TLC.

Skip this hotel by all means. A shitshow.
Pros:

The location is ok.

Cons:

The staff, the manager was so rude.
We got a room with leaking window and nonfunctional AC, yet the manager didnt give us a proper solution. We had to change to multiple rooms just so we could accommodate the hotel’s needs.
Our needs? Who cares.

New room, faulty AC still. We can only suck it up and sleep.
Complained to Booking, but Booking need confirmation from the hotel for the next step, and as of now it has been a week, I have yet to get a response to my complaint.

Skip this hotel by all means.
A shitshow.

Staff was super unhelpful - stay somewhere else, there's much better price for value.
It's very sad because they could do great but it seems like they actively decide not to. We travelled Indonesia for a month and this was the worst customer service and overall experience we've had. So bad I also informed booking about it.
I barely write bad reviews but they really deserve one. It seems like they're just trying to make the most money and don't care if their guests are actually satisfied. Mouldy room, no water, not clean, staff not interested. And still they tried to charge us even more.

Christmas music in the restaurant was VERY loud and had to ask the staff multiple times to turn it down but seemed to keep creeping back up. Ran into another guest who had the same issue…
