Cons:

Staff was super unhelpful - stay somewhere else, there's much better price for value.
It's very sad because they could do great but it seems like they actively decide not to. We travelled Indonesia for a month and this was the worst customer service and overall experience we've had. So bad I also informed booking about it.
I barely write bad reviews but they really deserve one. It seems like they're just trying to make the most money and don't care if their guests are actually satisfied. Mouldy room, no water, not clean, staff not interested. And still they tried to charge us even more.

Christmas music in the restaurant was VERY loud and had to ask the staff multiple times to turn it down but seemed to keep creeping back up. Ran into another guest who had the same issue…

Nice location, but quite expensive for what you get.
Pros:

The issues we had about our room were fixed quickly.

Cons:

The room we initially got was a smaller one than the one we booked. After mentioning this to the staff they apologised, and with some negotiation we received breakfast for all days. On day 2 (of 4) we were able to switch to the correct room as well.

Also the room is very little isolated, so you hear everything from outside and the ac is basically on 24/7 to keep the room at 23 degrees C (even on lower settings)

There was a lot of noise from outside and from the hotel that could be heard inside the room. No hot water from the showers, and the drinking water was warm

Pros:

Great location, good restaurant upstairs and very friendly staff.

Cons:

No water from bathroom tap and toilet did not flush during our stay, so we had to use the bathroom in reception. The room was also quite noisy at night.

Sehr nettes personal, super zentral Aussicht auf den Hafen

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer eng aber ok. Und sehr altes Gebäude. Drei Stock Werke.
