Pros:

Really nice place! I would stay again. The room is modern and fresh with everything you need. There is a fridge, black out curtain, ac, shower gel, hair dryer and plenty of towels.

The location is perfect, very central. There is a Lidl just outside so you can buy water, and it's really close to a bunch of good restaurants in Old town.
The Google maps pin on the booking.com web page was a little bit off. The location should be to the right hand side of the bank, and just next to the corner shop that sells fruit.

The cleaning lady came every day and offered cleaning, new towels and toilet paper.

Cons:

The downside: the walls are paper thin, you hear when guests in other rooms are coming and going. Also, they were doing renovations upstairs, so there was constant construction noise from 08 in the morning untill the afternoon.
Also, there is a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom and the stairwell smells of garbage. When I checked in there was a strong smell of cleaning products, presumably to mask the bad smells.

L'emplacement. En plein centre, facile pour se déplacer.

Cons:

La propreté, nous avons trouvé des cheveux d'anciens clients sur le parquet. Les joints de la salle de bain étaient sales. La VMC ne marchait pas, odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

La situación y las vistas. Al bajar ya estás en el centro de la ciudad, lo que te da mucha libertad. Habitación súper amplia y cama cómoda y grande. La tele moderna y puedes poner cualquier plataforma tipo Netflix q se agradece mucho y en los hoteles no suele haberlas.
El baño moderno, con secador "de verdad" y ducha cuadrada y amplia.
El gerente muy atento con nosotros.
Lo recomendaría sin duda a cualquiera que me pregunte.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la escalera está en obras y es un segundo sin ascensor. Pero no fue inconveniente para nosotros.
