Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. The breakfast was the best.
Ugly location, it's not central, it's in a shady part of town, it's described as close to the Centro but in a very ugly part of the city.

Qué tenían surtidores de agua gratuitos por todo el hotel, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno estaba bastante bien.
Buena ubicación, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro.
El colchón de la cama era muy incómodo, estaba hundido.
Room was tidy and spacious. Hotel overall was clean and well kept. My mom had to leave very early to catch a flight, the staff provided her with a mini breakfast to go which was very kind, biggest reason I will recommend this hotel again.
The fee of $50 usd to check in early it feels like a rip off, not sure this is the case for every hotel.
The multiple exits into several streets made it easy to order a taxi to the best spot, and to walk comfortably to different parts of the city. The room was comfortable and the room service — considerate. The WiFi worked perfectly. The staff was polite and courteous.
My room had no fridge which in a hot country is a real setback. Some of the front house staff spoke no English which made communication difficult.
Little gym, breakfast, water dispenser
The mattress was not comfortable, the window faced a wall, and the room was poorly soundproofed (you could clearly hear people in the corridors and the hall — the room was close to the entrance hall). I asked to change rooms, but they ignored me.

Un peu bruyant avec la clientèle de passage après 22h et dès 5h du matin.
Friendly staff, clean room and good amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and good food at the restaurant. Big parking garage.
It's not necessarly close to the historic center, but nothing that a nice walk cannot fix.
The hotel is located in a not-so-nice spot in DF; however, you walk a little bit and the neighborhood gets better.
