Decepcionada e chateada.
Pros:

Detestei! No anuncio para minha compra falava do valor da diária com um valor X, pois bem, solicitei 2 diárias, valor multiplicado por 2 pago e ok.... Porém, no domingo ainda pela manhã fui informada que a minha diária ja havia acabado as 10h. Como assim?? Todos os residenciais que já fiquei lá as diárias são de 24hs, nesta minha estadia a segunda diária teve 20hs??? Check in foi Às 14hs do dia 22, logo, check out deveria ser as 14h do dia 24. Enfim, super inconveniente, aínda estava preparando almoço, tive que jogar coisas na mala sem almoçar e deixar o local, decepcionada! Não compro mais pelo hoteis.com nem pelo achei ferias, nem indico! Aguardo resposta à minha reclamação. Grata.
