Die Gesellschaft in der Sauna… (leider haben manche Gäste keine Sauna-Kultur und stören somit andere).

Very bad experience at 25hours Hotel Munich. The service was extremely disappointing. One of the customer service staff behaved very rudely and unprofessionally.
The hotel was not clean, poorly maintained, and there was a very bad smell in the room and common areas.
Overall, I am not satisfied at all and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und extrem guten Personal für Abendessen und Frühstück.
Der Service ist beeindruckend gut.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein und Funktionalität (Dusche, Einstellung der Temperatur) wird dem Design geopfert.

Die zentrale Lage und in Verbindung mit dem tollen Restaurant perfekt!

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage und das Fenster zur Straße hin war die Nacht eher unruhig. Wer eine ruhige Nacht schätzt sollte das Fenster geschlossen lassen oder evtl nach einem ruhigen Zimmer fragen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gefiel mir, dass es eine gewisse Rustikale einrichtung hatte. Liebe zum Detail.

Cons:

Sauberkeit geht besser und sind wir von 25h anders gewohnt.
Undefinierbare Flecken auf dem Holzboden.
WC Türe kann auch gerne von innen gereinigt werden.
