Facilities were nice but the staff was a ghost
Pros:

The property was spotless clean and a good location.

Cons:

After i checked in i never saw a person in reception again
I mean like three days. I understand that it was Easter but to not see anyone!!!!!

Pros:

Super Tolles Frühstückbuffet! Das Hotel ist äusserst stylisch eingerichtet und hat eine super tolle Lage direkt am Bahnof. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel ist sauber.

Cons:

Das Bett könnte ein weniger grösser sein. Sonst alles tip top.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von München
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet und gross genug(wir hatten ein Medium). Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ich würde hier übernachten.

Cons:

Die Lage ist top. Wir waren im 1. Stock, da waren die Trams auch in der Nacht gut hörbar.

What a lovely, well located hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

This was a beautifull hotel with spacious rooms and a gorgeuoes bathroom. We didnt have breakfast but location and staff was super. Will definitely be back again, we took the train from the airport and the hotel was a mere 2 minute walk from the station.

Cons:

Nothing all was great.

Good location, good restaurant, uncomfortable rooms - not clean bathrooms nor functional spaces. Too quirky
Pros:

Close to Hauptbahnhof and easy to get around.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like mold and wasn’t cleaned well. There were spots all over the floor and dust coming out of the vents. Th e pillows were extremely uncomfortable and our bedsheets had stains on them. And barely any spot to store clothes :(. Quirky but not functional.

There is no like a night light to find the bathroom. Room is very dark at night which is perfect for sleep just not when trying to find the toilet at 3am

Creative by not really classy. Appreciated it more as we got used to it.
