The hotel staff was very welcoming. There were amazing little touches everywhere. Our welcome cocktail and greeting made us very comfortable. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay a memorable one.

Stunning hotel with amazing breakfast, wonderful decor and amazing location. Staff was super friendly, everyone goes above and beyond to care for the property and guests. Wish we could stay forever!!!

From the warm welcome by the staff to the heartfelt goodbye by the owners it was a once in a lifetime experience. Convenient location the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants. There were several sitting areas to relax and meet with friends that were protected from sun and rain, but open air. Your breakfast table was preset with your name, with options for custom egg orders.

11 out of 10 for such friendly staff. Cute deco and chilled Rapa Nui Polynesian vibe throughout the hotel. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and give gifts to us during the stay and had a welcome drink and snack prepared for us on arrival. Breakfasts were great and v cool with Moai shaped butter and our names written down at our own seat for each morning at breakfast. The hotel has a lovely peaceful and tropical, polynesian vibe and was like a small rainforest with beautiful plants in and around the outside courtyard. Hot tub was nice and there was a well stocked honesty bar in the main reception area. Location was great - only 13 mins walk from the airport and only 10 mins walk from the beach and local restaurants and little shops were all close by.

Where to begin! Everyone says this but I didn’t believe until I experienced for myself the true and authentic hospitality of the family and people that run Hare Nua. I felt like I was in a scene from a movie but also like staying at a dear friend’s home away from home. There was no detail not thought of and the warmth that was displayed is hard to find in travel theses days. Grounds were spotless and over flowing with vegetation and flowers. So Beautiful! They created wonderful little cozy seating vignettes to tuck in with a book and a glass of something all over the property. Even the entry way and front porch invite you to sit, relax and tuck in for a good book or get some work done. WiFi worked great! The breakfast was a wonderful surprise every morning and you could always get eggs cooked any way you’d like. Juices were fresh squeezed, sweets were home made. Yogurt was fantastic and the fresh fruit…. Oh the fresh fruit. The “honesty” bar made it so nice to get back from a whole day of exploring and then settle in for a nice glass of bubbly, or beer or espresso…. Whatever your fancy. And the hospitality was remarkable. Maria and Sebastian make you feel like family and genuinely make your stay as close to perfect as possible. My favorite though was Patricia! What a gem of human. Thank you sweetheart for making our stay truly wonderful. We ADORE Hare Nua and would return in a heartbeat. Much love from the Bertsch’s.
