Fantastyczny butikowy hotel na Rapa Nui

Fantastyczne miejsce! Obsługa wspaniała! Czysto, pięknie, wszystko zorganizowane z najwyższą starannością. Obsługa hotelu wręcz wzruszała nas życzliwością, w tym przywitalnym poczęstunkiem, codziennie pięknie przygotowanym śniadaniem i nawet pamiątką podarowaną przy wymeldowaniu. Śniadania fantastyczne! Trudno zapomnieć tak wysoki standard butikowego hotelu.

Tutto! I proprietari e i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono super accoglienti e ti aiutano in ogni aspetto organizzativo anche prima dell’arrivo. L’hotel è un gioiellino incastonato in un’isola meravigliosa. Le colazioni erano pazzesche e sempre diverse.

Very pricey for what you get, we found a much better place for less than half the price

The room smelled moldy, breakfast was put out at 8am and sat there at your table until you got there, also for breakfast you have no choice and staff don't seem to happy if you don't want what they give you

Melhor impossível
Pros:

Localização e Café da Manhã.
O hotel é muito bonito, fomos muito bem recepcionados. Contratamos o transfer Aeroporto/hotel/Aeroporto e foi muito bom, ganhamos um colar de flores (demais), também ganhamos um tour por Hanga Roa antes de chegarmos ao hotel, o que foi fundamental pra situarmos.
Fomos recebidos com drink (um suco) e um doce típico deliciosos.
O quarto é muito confortável (quarto para 4, 2 adultos e duas crianças). O hotel disponibiliza toalhas para piscina e praia, o que é muito bom.
A equipe toda é muito simpática e solicita. E o Café da Manhã... é dos deuses, maravilhoso, tudo muito bom e com muita variedade diariamente.
O hotel está muito bem localizado, na rua principal de Hanga Roa, próximo a restaurantes, lojas, mercados, da orla da praia e do sítio arqueológico de Ahu Tahai. Amamos tudo e já queremos voltar.
