Ci siamo innamorati fin dal primo momento di questo hotel, dall'accoglienza alla camera, dalla struttura alla gentilezza dello staff e dei proprietari, dalla posizione ad ogni altro aspetto. A beautiful and comfortable home away from home
Pros:

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They greeted our group with a personalized sign and a welcome drink and even had a note for us on our day of departure. They were friendly and kind and you really felt like you belonged there. The hotel itself was also beautifully decorated and clean, even more lovely than the photos. The breakfasts were varied and tasty and the display of everything was thoughtfully and tastefully done. The location was an easy walk to the supermarket, restaurants and the beach

Pros:

La bienvenida en el hotel es muy buena, te esperan con algo para tomar y comer y te cuentan un poco de la historia del hotel. Además nos esperaron con una torta ya que mi marido estaba de cumpleaños ese día.
El hotel es muy lindo, muy bien cuidado. Está ubicado en la calle principal, por lo que está muy cerca de todo. Tiene un jardín interior hermoso, con piscina y jacuzzi. La habitación cómoda, limpia y bonita.
El desayuno, si bien no es buffet, es muy rico y completo. Va cambiando día a día.
El personal es muy atento, amable y preocupado.

Cons:

Justo estaban reparando unas habitaciones y nos tocó bastante ruido en el día.

舒適又漂亮的旅館，空間感很不錯，有很可愛的店貓，在市中心。早餐儘管沒有當地特色，但算是豐盛。

Não tem preço!! Na Casa da Avó (Hare Nua) você recebe o que cartão e dinheiro não compram: AMOR!!

Hare Nua, significa Casa da Avó. Difícil transmitir em palavras toda atenção, acolhimento, simpatia, os mimos , todo carinho que recebemos de todos que fazem o Hare Nua!! Era como se nós estivéssemos em casa, digo melhor, na Casa da Avó. Tudo muito bonito e de muito bom gosto!! Localização perfeita na Av. central da pequena cidade Hanga Roa. Perto de restaurantes, mini-market, lojas, mercado de artesanato, agências de turismo, da Latam, da via costeira. Tudo “walk distance”! Quarto e banheiro com bastante espaço. Toalhas e roupa de cama e amenidades de muito boa qualidade! Frigobar! Café da manhã excelente!!

Fantastyczny butikowy hotel na Rapa Nui
Pros:

Fantastyczne miejsce! Obsługa wspaniała! Czysto, pięknie, wszystko zorganizowane z najwyższą starannością. Obsługa hotelu wręcz wzruszała nas życzliwością, w tym przywitalnym poczęstunkiem, codziennie pięknie przygotowanym śniadaniem i nawet pamiątką podarowaną przy wymeldowaniu. Śniadania fantastyczne! Trudno zapomnieć tak wysoki standard butikowego hotelu.

Tutto! I proprietari e i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono super accoglienti e ti aiutano in ogni aspetto organizzativo anche prima dell’arrivo. L’hotel è un gioiellino incastonato in un’isola meravigliosa. Le colazioni erano pazzesche e sempre diverse.
