Beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location with great staff!
Pros:

Maison D'Italia is a beautifully designed hotel in an amazing and lively location. The rooms are small but adequate and the bathrooms are well designed. The front desk staff are amazing and the breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. There are several options of locations to enjoy breakfast including the outdoor cafe area. We would definitely return here and also highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Cons:

Robes for the bathroom would have been a nice touch! Otherwise nothing.

Wonderful place to stay as central location to Barrio Italia and stafff that goes above and beyond
Pros:

The property is located in the perfect location to explore Barrio Italia - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate early check-in, extra water, coffee and breakfast. The staff also provided exceptional dinner suggestions and was so helpful!

This was a lovely oasis amongst the heat and business of Santiago, with a lovely cafe and boutique shops attached. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

A twin bed option would have been our preference

Delicious breakfast and kind staff
Pros:

We loved our stay here! The staff were so kind, the room and terrace were clean and comfortable, and decorated beautifully, and the location is fantastic. Breakfast was the best we had our entire vacation in Chile and Argentina. They even made us a packed breakfast for when we checked out at 4am. They provide reusable bottles for water which is a nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing to note, it was all perfect.
