L'hotel è molto curato. Le camere sono belle ed il balconcino è una coccola piacevole.
La colazione è stata davvero ottima e tutto lo staff è sempre stato estremamente gentile.
Se torneremo a Santiago sapremo già dove soggiornare.

We loved or stay in Maison Italia. The staff were friendly, the room was nice with the adjoining terrace and we loved the friendly service. The breakfast was excellent, with excellent coffee. We loved the area and especially El Hoyo a fantastic restaurant not far from the hotel. I would recommend this boutique hotel for a stay in Santiago.

El desayuno es muy rico y abundante, la ubicacion muy central pero en la habitacion no se escuchaba ruido, el baño muy bien implementado y cómodo.
A nuestra llegada no había informacion clara respecto al estacionamiento, pero luego se solucionó (el hotel solo cuenta con 2 estacionamientos, pero tiene convenio con un lugar cercano).
Il terrazzino della camera è delizioso, l’hotel porta in camera gratuitamente la colazione e poterla fare guardando le Ande sullo sfondo il massimo! Design complessivo molto curato. Barrio Italia top.
Suggerirei un controllo sugli scarichi del bagno, peccato l’odore, perché il resto è da 10!

The staff is super helpful and genuinely helped us a lot! The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are comfortable. The neighbourhood has everything you need, from small stores to great restaurants.
The floor is a bit too cold (at least on the winter) and the air conditioning does an ok job of keeping the room warm
The breakfast is excellent, good options and very filling. The location is in a lovely area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The room is small but there's not much to dislike here. Fantastic value for money.
